Welcome to our beach home! Marvel at the beauty of the ocean from your covered porch. A beautiful, wide sandy beach is just a few steps away with direct beach access and an outdoor shower. If you're an early bird, you can have your coffee on the deck and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic, a breathtaking sight to behold! Watch the dolphins play and the pelicans soar - how could you not find relaxation here?

We have a carport directly under the condo for two cars, so you won't have to worry about your car baking in the hot sun. Also, because we're on the first floor, you won't have to lug your suitcases and all your food too far! Your vacation rental comes completely furnished including a remodeled kitchen, Pergo flooring, flat screen Smart TV's, and all the kitchen and household supplies you should need. all you need to bring is your food & drinks!
The primary bedroom has a queen size bed, wall mounted Roku TV, on-suite bath with tub/shower, and a great view of the beach from your sliders out onto your deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed and wall mounted Smart TV. The living room has a brand-new queen size sleeper sofa (bought in October 2022). In the carport, we have a large bin to store your beach gear.

We hire only the best cleaners to make sure you don't have to worry about the appearance of the condo when you arrive!

You will also have complete access to three outdoor pools in the summer and a fully equipped Rec Center year round right across the street. It has a heated indoor pool, whirlpool sauna, exercise room, tennis courts, a basketball court, shuffleboard court, and a playground for the kids.

Ocean Dunes HOA manages the pools and rec center. We are not responsible if they are closed, nor does this qualify you for a discount/refund.

Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM
This is a no smoking, no pets property.
You must be at last 25 years old to enter into a rental contract

Wonderful condo!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the sheets and towels provided were high quality, the condo was extremely clean and the view and location were both fantastic. We hope to stay again in the future.

The kitchen is well stocked. We love the deck doors on both the living room and the primary bedroom. But the real star of the show is the location! This condo was just steps from the pool and the private beach access. The view from our condo was beautiful and we spent almost all our time on the beach or our deck.We would definitely book this condo again.

Great Condo

The condo was awesome. Very clean and equipped with everything you would need. The location was near Fort Fisher. Quite beach area. Enjoyed my morning walks on the beach. Master bath shower didn’t drain well but didn’t really matter to us. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the stay at 302 Ocean Dunes was fantastic!! Kudos to David and AJ for coming to the rescue for a TV and sink issue. Two areas of concern:1. There were two chairs outside the front door. I sat on one of the chairs to put my shoes on and it collapsed (rusted away) sending me to the deck and breaking the other rusted chair. I suffered an abrasion on my ankle, but it could have been worse!2. The linens (sheets) and towels were OK, not great. Would recommend an upgrade!

Great Vacation

Loved to location and how close the beach was. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sun rise and drinking our morning coffee. I enjoy surf fishing and for a first this year I caught 5 sand sharks. Another first, I use a 2-hook leader when fishing and caught 2 fish at one time. A-1 Property Management was there immediately to correct an issue with the kitchen faucet leaking. It was replaced resolving the issue. We will be returning to this unit for future stays. David and his staff are always gracious and willing to help "personally" and professionally any way they can.

Beautiful Location & Condo

Received a call upon arrival that the washer was broke & if necessary, we would need to call to have someone pick up our dirty laundry until the washer could be fixed/replaced. We received no updates all week on the status of the washer. Tried to call the management once to get clothes washed and was unable to get through until the following day- Not a huge issue, just an inconvenience. The dryer also did not work, so we were unable to even dry the small amount of towels provided/swimming gear we brought. Shower drain in master bath clogged up/drained very slowly frequently. These weren’t issues enough for us to not enjoy our vacation. We loved watching the sunrises each morning & the convenience to the beach and pool. The private beach entrance was great so that the beach wasn’t overcrowded where we were. House was super clean & supplied well! We would definitely recommend this condo, just wish the washing machine would have worked (but I know things happen) or the communication regarding the issue would have been better! Also, watch out for other guests using your trash can because it’s right below the steps- we had several bags in our trash that were not ours.

Cleaning crew or the last guest left the fridge open or something and it was super hot when we got there and took it till over night to cool back down, as a results our strawberries that we had just bought got molded. The manager did bring a cooler with ice and was helpful in that way. It would have just been nice to have a fridge that was already cold. Pool was nice and everything else was nice.
