- A bright living room with lounge (140cm sofa bed, armchair, TV, wifi, fan), fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) and a dining area around a bar for 4 people.
- A comfortable bedroom with 140 cm double bed, dressing fan and blackout curtains.
- A functional shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.

Outdoors to make the most of
The cottage is accessed via a terraced garden comprising three distinct areas:
Two lawn terraces, one with a small round table for enjoying your coffee overlooking the lake.
A gravel terrace with a large table for 6, parasol and plancha for outdoor meals.

##Access
L'HERMITAGE is a detached cottage. It offers parking for 1 vehicle. Access is private: it is via a metal staircase leading to a terraced garden. Please take this into account when booking if you have mobility difficulties. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

This accommodation is managed by Alain and Aïda for the reception and Catherine.
