Step outside and you’ll find the real magic. The saltwater pool (yep, it can be heated to 82°!) is perfect for swimming year-round under the San Diego sun. • The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking). Jacuzzi heating is always free
• If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to the reservation and covers up to 2 dogs.
• Hosting more than 8 guests? Each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to extra fees and availability.

Wonderful rental

We had an amazing week at this location. It is located in a really quiet neighborhood which was perfect for our family vacation. There is a park at a walking distance, but we didn't get to go there often since there was plenty of stuff to play with at the house. I highly recommend this place.

Home away from Home

The property felt so homey from the minute we walked in the front door. The place looks exactly how it does on the advertisement which was a big plus for us. It had all the amenities we needed for our week stay. And as expected, we spent the most time in the pool and hot tub/jacuzzi during the day and night. We had fun-filled stay and can't wait to come back.

Beautiful, clean house in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to all the main San Diego attractions! Communication was absolutely amazing. Fast responses to any questions we had prior to our stay and easy to get a hold of if needed during the stay. Equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Made traveling with 4 little kids a lot easier! Would highly recommend and book again for future trips!

The home is better than the photos ! The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyed by all . The gym has everything you need . We did not cook but the kitchen was well equipped . The neighborhood was quiet and great for walks ! Last but not least the beds were a10/10 for comfort !!! Would definitely stay back and the host communication was superb!!!

Amazing stay

Spent a week at this home and it was perfect. They have countless amenities to make it feel like home. From child utensils to extra propane tanks in the garage, the hosts really go 2 steps beyond! The location was great. Rather quick drives to seaworld & the zoo, very quiet neighborhood! I would stay here again without any hesitation. The host was very quick to respond as well. Our family did not have any issue during our week stay! 10/10.

Easy check in.... no hassle... Only problem they charged me for 2 pillow cases and a towel. Really!!!???? And it's far from downtown. If you want something quite far from downtown then this is it.

The property was absolutely amazing! The rental looked even better than what was shown in the pictures. The home felt like a home away from home and was nice and comfy. The owners were very thoughtful and had everything you could possibly need in the event you forgot something at home. The decor was top notch and the home is very well kept. The homeowner were very pleasant and responsive to any questions and/or requests I had. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. If you are looking for a rental we’re you don’t have to fear if what you will walk into will meet your expectations this is the home for you. My family will definitely return for another stay.

Quiet and clean place to stay

My family and I stayed here a few days while some work was being done on our house, we are familiar with this neighborhood. It is nice and quiet and clean and had all the kitchen and bath things needed. The only issue we had was the hot tub not working. I know not a big problem, but It was something important to us, and a reason we chose this property over others. The property manager tried to get it fixed but there were some communication delays and ultimately not able to really use the hot tub as intended. They did kindly heat the entire pool on the last evening as an alternative. Overall a good value at a nice house in a safe and peaceful location I would definitely recommend for familes. Also, respectfully, this house is in San Carlos, not Del Cerro.
