Imagine your family relaxing after a full day at the parks, the kids in the game-room while you unwind by the pool. That is the experience we provide our guests.

Our Orlando 4 bedroom/2 bath luxury villa near Disney/Kissimmee, is family friendly with heated pool when requested. We are a family owned holiday vacation villa, just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios and other Orlando theme parks.

We accommodate up to 8 guests. The villa is fully equipped, fully furnished and air conditioned. Our villa has free wireless internet access for your laptop computer, VOIP phone or PDA/iPad. Free telephone calls to the USA & Canada.

Our villa has its own private heated screened south facing swimming pool with a partial covered lanai with mature landscaping , Palms trees, orange trees and hedges for your added privacy.

Our Luxury Florida Villa accommodation comprises of a Master bedroom with King bed, en-suite full bathroom, walk in closet, HD/TV, Roku Programming, Radio alarm clock & patio doors leading to the pool deck .

2 Guest bedrooms with Queen and Twin beds and closets, TV's and alarm clocks.

Second full bathroom shared by twin and queen guest rooms.

Guest Queen bedroom with closet, HD TV ,DVD and radio alarm clock.

The open living area has a wrap around leather sofas, 55" HD/TV with triple sliding patio doors leading to the pool area.

Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, breakfast bar and bar stools.

Breakfast nook with table in the kitchen area.

Utility room with full size washing machine and dryer.

The dining area includes a dining table with seating for up to 6 guests.

Our villa is provided with all linen and towels. Cots and high chairs are available at our villa with no extra charge.

Games room with a Pool table, Air Hockey, Foosball and a selection of games. We provide a Xbox One and PS/4 for your kids to use with a 50" TV.

Pool can be heated for an extra charge not normally required April to September.

Our management company will provide any help and support for you during your stay and are only a quick phone call away.

We do highly recommend Vacation Insurance from the date of booking.

The house was perfect! From the temperature of the heated pool to the extra accommodations, game room, etc…. And the owner was incredibly easy to get in touch with, even though they really was no issues.

The villa is clean, quiet and accessible. The host is genuine. There are plenty of towels and my truest love here besides the pool, is/was that everything is labeled! Overall stay was wonderful. Nice clean home. Closer to disney than universal. pool was so awesome. Clean and fun. Step right out onto the patio and jump right in. Plenty of beds blankets towels and anything else you might need. I will definitely be booking again when I return to orlando.

You may be wondering why we bought our villa. Well, as a teenager I spent a lot of time at my grandparents house in N. Fort Myers, Florida. I was able to enjoy spending time at the local beaches and occasionally visiting Orlando and its various amusement parks.

Now we have two small children, who we wanted to bring to Florida to enjoy all it had to offer. Our goal was to travel at least two times a year to Orlando and stay at the local 4 & 5 star hotels, but the costs were just too great. We started looking for alternatives. That is when we learned about vacation villas.

Having found the Florida lifestyle and weather very much to our taste and not to mention the incredible attractions and fabulous leisure pursuits that abound in this state, we were lucky enough to be able to buy a villa close to Disney. To help with the expenses and because we eventually want to make this a retirement home, we decided to make the villa available to rent year-round.

We also provide a free "TouchStay" app for your Android or iPhone cell phone so you can get directions to local entertainment, maps and neighborhood information.

What makes this property unique

We have added alot of items to the villa such as: CD Players, large screen TVs, DVD Players, Wireless Internet, XBOX 360 game system, and a new game room with pool, air hockey and foosball.

We are also mindful of children and have games, books, children's videos, cot, stroller and highchair.

There is a wonderful large pool in the back with pool toys and inflatable rafts for you to use. The comfortable pool furniture should make life 'great' during your stay. This we hope will lead to guests wanting to return and also recommending us to others.

Many of our guests have been trying a villa holiday for the first time and they are now converted to 'villa' holidays as the best form of accommodation!! They are experiencing luxury at a very inexpensive price and getting so much more for their money than just a hotel room!!!! There is local management that watches the property to make sure there are no problems during your visit.

If this is your first time to consider a 'villa' holiday, we hope you will give it a try and make a booking today. Once you have, you won't think about living out of a suitcase in a small, expensive hotel room EVER again!
