The apartments are located in a family house in the middle of the NORTHERN OLD TOWN, a residential area between the city center and the marina. Within walking distance are all the shops of the center, gastronomy, art and culture, theater and cinema. Here is an ideal base for day trips and in the evening enjoy the offers of the Hanseatic city! We look forward to your visit and are happy to help you to make your stay in the beautiful Hanseatic and university city. Please note our arrival and departure arrangements!Arrival Monday to Friday 14:00 to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays by appointment! You pay cash on arrival. (on Sundays and public holidays no arrival is possible); Departure until 10:00

zentraler geht's fast nicht

Ich war nur 2 Nächte dort. Für meinen Zweck war die FeWo perfekt. Super zentral, dabei romantisch und versteckt gelegen, ein Parkplatz unmittelbar vor der Wohnung - es war wirklich toll. Kontakt zu den Vermietern war perfekt.Die Fewo ist geräumig (ich war alleine und konnte mich ausbreiten). Das einzige kleine Minus: durch die quasi Souterrain-Lage ist sie etwas dunkel.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 5 Minuten bis zur Fußgängerzone. Eigener Eingang und der Parkplatz ist direkt davor. Perfekt alles.

Idealer Platz für Rostock-Besichtigung

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist ideal, um Rostock im Spaziergang kennenzulernen. Der Bahnhof ist per Tram leicht erreichbar, damit auch der Strandbesuch in Warnemünde per S-Bahn. Die Ferienwohnung hat keinen Internetzugang, aber dieses kleine Manko ist mittels SIM-Karte oder bei der nahe gelegenen Touristeninformation und deren freiem WLAN zu beheben. Privater Parkplatz ist vorhanden, muss aber von der Ferienhausverwaltung zugewiesen werden. Wir erinnern uns gerne zurück und empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter!

Tolle Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Trotzdem ist es ruhig. Für zwei Personen ist alles vorhanden, allerdings sind die Kochmöglichkeiten sehr begrenzt. Für Kleinigkeiten und ein Frühstücksei aber ausreichend. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
