Alles was man braucht. Ruhig gelegen und alles mit dem Auto oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns sehr gut über die Umgebung und die Wohnung informiert.

Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fußläufig ist eine Fußgängerfähre und die Bushaltestelle zu erreichen, ebenso ein Netto und ein Edeka. Wir würden gern wieder kommen.

Die Unterkunft hat ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und gibt gerne hilfreiche Auskunft und Tipps für den Aufenthalt in Rostock. Die Lage ist sehr schön, Bus und Fähre in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein toller Bäcker sind schnell und Fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig und hell mit Zugang zum Garten, der an die Warnow grenzt.Parkplätze gibt es genügend auf der Straße. Die Bushaltestellen sind genauso wie die Einkaufsmärkte nur 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Empfehlenswert!

Unser Aufenthalt 2 Personen mit hund war wunderbar. Seperater Zugang zur Wohnung und alles ebenerdig, sehr schön da mein Mann auf Gehhilfen angewiesen ist. Frau Hildebrand ist sehr nett und auch ihre Familie. Alles sehr unkompliziert und vor allem sehr sauber. Eine tolle 70qm Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Wir können diese Unterkunft gerne empfehlen.

Geräumige helle Wohnung mit schöner Einrichtung und Blick in gepflegten Garten und aufs Wasser. Für warmes Wetter gibt es eine Sitzecke im Freien. Gutes Bett, separater Eingang, sehr ruhige Umgebung. Ich werde wenn irgend möglich wieder kommen. EInkaufs-Möglichkeiten um die Ecke. Mein Hund hatte viel Freiheit und genoss die Gass-Rrunden an der Warnow.

Alles war topp.Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Appartement sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgerüstet.Ein schöner Blick über die Warnow und ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge. Ob mit Auto oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Lage ist gut um alles zu erreichen. Gleichzeitig ist ist die Umgebung ruhig und lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen ein.

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf die Warnow

Wir sind zum wiederholten Mal (letztes Mal Herbst, dieses Mal Frühling) in der Wohnung und haben uns wieder sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Im Sommer ist es sicherlich recht heiß im Wohn-/Esszimmer/Küchenraum, da die Mittagssonne direkt auf der großen Fensterfront steht und keine Verdunklung da ist, aber in Herbst und Frühling ging es.Zwei Supermärkte, eine Bäckerei/Café, Fähre rüber in die Innenstadt Rostocks und Bushaltestelle in Laufnähe. Die Abwicklung war problemlos und die Betreuung freundlich.

Sehr bequeme Betten, großzügige Ferienwohnung. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Ins Zentrum mit den Rädern benötigt man ca. 6km. WLAN war ausreichen gut.
