Appartement T3 rénové en 2025 au "Clos Des Fontaneilles" environnement calme, vue sur le lac, proche du centre du village et accessible à pied.

Appartement situé dans le Bât. E, au 1er et dernier étage avec une terrasse de 8 m2 plein Sud, un parking extérieur en contre-bas.

Couchage 5 personnes. adapté pour les familles.

- 2 lits individuels superposés (80 x 200) qui peuvent se transformer en 1 grand lit (160 x 200) sur la partie basse, placard.

- 1 Canapé convertible pour 2 personnes (140x190) dans le séjour.
& La salle de bain :
- Douche à l’italienne.
- Machine à laver.
& Les toilettes séparés.
& Cuisine équipée :
- Lave-Vaisselle,
- Plaques à induction,

- Micro-ondes combiné,
- 2 cafetières (programmable et à capsules).

Le logement doit être restitué propre et rangé en fin de séjour. Pour plus de confort, un service de ménage de fin de séjour peut être proposé sur demande, moyennant un supplément de 60 €, à régler directement auprès du propriétaire ou de la coordinatrice. Cette option doit être demandée au plus tard la veille du départ.
