This tiny house is located on our little farmstead. We have sheep, pigs, ducks, chickens, and geese. You may see the critters from the tiny house but they are fenced out of the tiny house area. Please do not feed or pet the animals, or open any closed gates. If you wish to get a closer look, please contact your hosts.
We live about 100 yards away, so we are available if you have any problems. Niki travels for work in the summer, so James will be your primary host.

Other things to note If you will bring a pet, please let us know in advance. It is expected that you pick up after them, bags are provided.
The property is not fenced, so dogs must be leashed when outside.
If you will be using the pull out bed, let us know so we can provide extra linens and blankets.
The TV is set up for you to use your favorite streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc), but you must have your own accounts to use them.
The tiny house is close to the road, so you may experience some noise. Earplugs are provided.
We allow dogs. Despite our best efforts to clean between guests, we cannot guarantee that there will not be any dog hair or dander in the tiny house. For this reason, we do not recommend you stay with us if you have an allergy to dogs.
The bathroom doesn’t have a ceiling and is open at the top to the rest of the house.
There is a fire pit available for guest use outside. We provide a bundle of kindling and a few starter pieces of firewood. More firewood is available at local gas stations and grocery stores. Use of this amenity is dependent on local fire restrictions.
Despite our best efforts, we have a nuisance weed called puncture vine, which produces spiky seeds that can get stuck in dogs’ paws. They are most concentrated closer to the fences and around the fire pit.
By booking with us, you agree to hold the hosts harmless should any illness or injury occur
