Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 150 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with fireplace, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 20 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. Bedroom with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. American kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine and electric water boiler. Storeroom Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 2 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Balatonszentgyörgy. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) in the garage and on the property.
