Welcome to our house nestled in the heart of the wild nature of the Cotentin, a stone's throw from the vast sandy beaches and unspoilt dunes of Surtainville.

Where the sea wind caresses the oyats, our house offers you a peaceful refuge between land and sea, ideal for a rejuvenating holiday as a couple, with family or friends.PGJyPg
The house:

Fully equipped and decorated with care, the house combines modern comfort with the authenticity of a natural setting. You will find:
• 4 cosy bedrooms equipped with double beds (including a master suite with shower and toilet on the ground floor), beds made and towels provided.
• a kitchen open to a bright living room,
• a sunny terrace overlooking the garden and a balcony terrace with a view of the dunes will allow you to fully enjoy your moments with friends or family.
• an enclosed garden, ideal for children or naps in the shade.
• for your greatest comfort the house is equipped with electric shutters, fibre and Wifi.

For the safety of the home and the occupants, a camera monitors the entrance to the garden: from a gate to the front door.

The environment:

Only 200 m from the beach, discover the coast of harbours, hiking trails, or let yourself be carried away by the simple beauty of the sunset over the emerald sea.

Surtainville, This small coastal village is the ideal starting point to explore the Cap de la Hague, Barneville-Carteret, Cherbourg, or even embark on a trip to the Channel Islands.

Here, time slows down:

Whether you like to walk in the dunes, collect shells, feel the iodized wind or simply do nothing in front of the ocean... This house is an invitation to calm and nature

Surtainville has a bakery, a supermarket and a bar restaurant. In summer you have a market.

The beach is supervised from July to August. It is ideal for water sports, especially surfing.

For children there is a playground as well as a city stadium and skate park.

The house is non-smoking and parties are prohibited.
