The house is a spectacular choice for families. There is a neighborhood park with great walking trails and a playground. Up to 15 guests can be accommodated in this incredible house.

Sleeping Arrangements: all 5 bedrooms have their own bathroom:
-Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed
-Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed
-Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed
-Bedroom 4: 2 Twin Beds and 1 crib
-Bedroom 5: 3 Twin Beds
*There are two additional bedrooms in the basement with the following sleeping arrangements:
1 King bed and 1 Twin bed are available.

Standard amenities include on-site parking, Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, dining room, central heat and air, flat panel TV's, and outdoor seating area with a fire pit.

Beautiful setting

8 adults came to Annapolis for a football weekend. This home fit our needs perfectly. Home is very well stocked and very clean. The setting is gorgeous looking out on the water was very serene. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location for a stay in Annapolis

We are a group of five friends for the last 25 years. The house was the perfect size with beds and baths for each person and lovely sitting and dining areas to hold everyone. The cleanliness was impeccable and the amenities like kitchen appliances and furniture were all comfortable. I highly recommend this house and found Sean to be a supportive and helpful host.

Dream Vacation Home

Immaculate, roomy, comfortable, high end furnishings, gorgeous view, close to Annapolis and shopping. We very much enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Parking was tricky for more than two vehicles, but we managed.
