Terrible bed, under furnished, and misrepresented

The property is stylish, attractive, and clean, however it wasn’t a comfortable stay. First, the bed was lumpy and soft—hard on the back. The kitchen was under-furnished, only two place settings, no towels, and a minimum of cooking and serving utensils. The pictures of the unit showed a sofa, but we found a trundle bed with no cushions or cover that was useless for sitting. The unit had two stools, 1 chair, and a bench at the foot of the bed for sitting. There was one hand towel and no wash cloths. The owner did not respond to my request for kitchen and hand towels. I ended up buying the supplies needed. Overall, the apartment was misrepresented and under furnished for more than a day or two stay.
