Holiday Home Heated swimming pool 28° C

The entrance to the house gives access to the living room, a convivial space with a sofa, a 60-inch TV and a table for meals. The pellet stove heats the space in winter.
The room communicates directly with the fully equipped kitchen, which has a large worktop.
A small patio makes the transition to the garden where you can enjoy the private swimming pool which is often at a temperature above 28 degrees, of course you can relax on the deckchairs, eat on the terrace in the shade of the parasol, and grill well on the barbecue.
There is a shower room with toilet on the ground floor.
The three bedrooms are upstairs, two bedrooms with 140X190 beds and the last one with a 160X200 bed a large format TV and a shower cubicle.
Bed linen and towels are provided for the stay.

Belles prestations pour cette maison au calme. Espace extérieur sécurisé avec une belle piscine à bonne température ( les 28 degrés sont bien là)Facile d’accès et proche des plages ainsi que des sites historiques (Rochefort, Brouage, Saintes…)

Logement sympathique avec piscine très agréable.L' accueil et la communication avec Bruno a été très appréciable tout au long de notre séjour. Les environs permettent de belles balades à pied ou à vélo.
