Staying in our home is arriving at a place that was prepared with you in mind, where you are the most important person and that we will make you feel at home. You will pay less than in a hotel and you will receive much more attention, you will have more space, more privacy, more amenities a totally private pool and you will be welcome by an extremely clean house where we know that you will be totally satisfied and happy to spend your vacation with us.

Why they chose this property
The Palm Villa is a quiet place for relaxing or share with your family and friends. Very close from Disney's theme parks. The atmosphere of the villa is very cozy. When you arrive you can feel the hospitality and the great service. We enjoyed each time of vacation in our villa, we wish the same for our guests.
What makes this property unique
The villa is located within the gated, upscale community of Tuscan Hills which has a clubhouse with fitness center, games room, tennis courts and children's play area.
3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with 1 master bedroom and pool.
Master bedroom includes Queen size bed, walk in closet, and flat screen Smart TV. Master bathroom has shower, WC and 2 basins.
2nd bedroom has full size bed, double closet, and flat screen Smart TV.
3rd bedroom has twin beds, double closet and a flat screen Smart TV.
Family bathroom has bath/shower, WC, and sink. Living Room area has 2 couch(3-seater sofa each), patio doors to pool area, 58" Smart TV.
Dining area has dining table which seats 6 and patio doors. There is driveway parking for two vehicles.
There is also bar seating for 2 people
The pool is fully screened in order to keep out bugs and there sun loungers for soaking up the Florida sunshine, a pool safety fence to keep the children safe and a shaded lanai area with patio table seating 4 and 2 sun loungers.
