Resort pool was closed (for months) and was not notified prior to arrival. In fact, the “welcome letter” even gave pool rules and guidelines. We gave the host an opportunity to make things right and she refused. We waited two hours before going into the home, pleading with her to let us cancel, move us or give us a refund. VRBO heard our complaints and because this host was deceptive in the listing, VRBO gave us a partial refund. The property wasn’t great, bad water pressure, bathtubs that backed up with standing water during the shower and no hot water for a long time (5 minutes to warm up) in the shower. Found glass at the top of the stairs and a dirty dish rag left from previous renters. Very disappointing and do not recommend staying here.

We’re sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand that pool access can be an important part of planning a vacation, so the resort pool closure was disclosed in the listing for guests to review before booking. This community amenity is separate from the rental and is not included in the rent. The pool guidelines in our welcome letter refer to the home’s private pool, which was available for your use. When you contacted our team about the glass and dish rag, we offered to have those concerns addressed, but service was declined. The water pressure, drainage, and hot water concerns mentioned in this review were not reported during your stay. Had we known, we would have welcomed the opportunity to investigate and help. We want our guests to feel comfortable and well cared for. Our team is available to respond to concerns, and we encourage guests to let us assist while they are with us.

Solterra my favorite development to stay when going to Florida. This was a beautiful home and my first stay in the townhones and it was extremely spacious.

Great spot

We loved it!! Only thing is the initial welcome packet is almost 14 pages long… quite overwhelming before we even checked in and there is only one of each thing supplied so pack some toilet paper… Otherwise it was fabulous!!

Great townhouse

This property was even nicer in person. It was very clean. The pool was great for the kids to play in with an outside bathroom. We were close to the club house. The property was a short, easy drive to Disney. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. I will stay here again.

Great Townhome outside of Orlando

We all had a great 10 day stay at this townhome! It was a quick 30 minutes to all of the Disney parks, but also had so much near the house in Davenport. We picked this house because it had 2 king beds, which is VERY hard to come by these days, so I appreciate that! The amenities were great too even though we didn't get to use them because of the busy park days and various outdoor temps. We'd definitely stay again if we book another long trip!
