Enter via the garden path to the large private deck. The garage is available only for gear storage.

Winter:
Guests enter through the garage bays and head upstairs. A heated “mudroom” space is set up for skis, snowboards & boots.

DRIVING / VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS
Summer & Autumn:
4WD not required, but the final 0.5 mi is a dirt road.

Winter (Nov–early May):
All vehicles must have AWD/4WD AND winter tires.
The last 0.25 mi up Hillside Road is steep.
Vehicles without an adequate vehicle and tires that block the road may incur a $200 fine.

One parking spot may be available at the bottom of the hill for guests who prefer to park below and walk or shuttle up.

Mud Season (late March–early May):
A higher-clearance 4WD vehicle is recommended.

NEIGHBORHOOD
The suite sits on a quiet road in Alpine Village with only two occupied residences. Our Kismet Cabin is directly across the road—ideal for multigenerational families, friend groups, or wedding parties hoping to rent both places and enjoy full privacy.
