The location can't be beat, with TPC Scottsdale mere blocks to the south and a host of other attractions - Taliesin West, Pinnacle Peak, spring training baseball, dining, shopping - minutes away by car.
As you enter, you'll be greeted by plentiful windows that let in the sunlight and a tranquil color palette of soft grays and whites. The living room features a sectional sofa and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV; it connects to a contemporary kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful stone countertops, and a peninsula breakfast bar. There's a shaded outdoor patio where you can sip cold drinks in the afternoons as well as a window-lined dining nook indoors for evening meals and late-night board games.
When it's time to to turn in, you'll find that each of the two bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom. A private washer/dryer is provided as well.

The maximum number of occupants per rental is 6 adults, plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to follow this rental requirement set by the City of Scottsdale.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
