Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave the garage door openers and the gate opener hang tags on the kitchen counter.
Set the thermostat to cool mode and 85 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not park in the driveway overnight. Cars must be parked in the garage overnight. Guest spots also available 25 yards north.
Stays January-March may be subject to start date review or multi month minimums. Confirm dates before booking. Thanks .
Due to high temps and significantly reduced rates, June-Aug renters will be responsible for Air Conditioning usage costs.

There is no better location than Grayhawk for luxury and access to everything. Easily hop on the 101 highway which is only 1 mile away. You can even walk to DC Ranch Marketplace which is full of great restaurants, shops and a grocery store Great walking trails right outside my door.
