Private: property 900 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (7 x 3.5 m, depth 135 cm, 01.04.-31.10.). The swimming pool can be heated (extra, payable locally: EUR 125 / week). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access, free WiFi, central heating, washing machine, parking by the house on the premises. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 200 m.
Excursions by sailboat (10 m long) with the owner are possible on request (extra).
