We have to replace the bed after you broke it. It cost us more than half a day. The more you was with more than 4 adults and 3 children. The oven is not new but but clean as a oven can be ; of course you can use it for piza. What you mean about a Klimaanlage ? There is of course no AC. It is not very common here in Flandres at the sea side. Of course we have to fix the water tap. Stank ?? I do not believe that. There are to many windows and doors to the small garden.
