Private House w/ HEATED Pool and 4 Passes to the Daytona Aquarium & Rainforest!

Fully furnished, private, warm and cozy, non-smoking, pet friendly (pet fee required), a little over 1,500 sq ft home with heated pool to 75 (Requests for warmer temperature's need to be made 2 days prior to check in to ensure the pool will have enough time to reach requested temperature, additional fees apply), located in a family neighborhood loaded with beautiful shade trees. With your stay you will receive 4 day passes to the NEW Daytona Aquarium & Rainforest Adventure located at 1008 W International Speedway Blvd, Daytona Beach Fl. This 3 bed/2 bath house sleeps 8 comfortably. The Sunroom is air conditioned with a futon for additional sleeping if needed. Each bedroom, where you will always find fresh, clean linens upon your arrival, has its own Smart TV featuring Samsung TV. Apps available on all Tv’s to log into your own accounts such as Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the house. The master bath has a walk-in shower, while the guest bath has a shower bath combo. Full size washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Grill out by the pool while enjoying the fire pit in the lush backyard that provides landscaping for complete privacy from the neighbors. (Please note that we try to keep the propane tanks full but cannot guarantee that they will be full. Lowes is 10 minutes from the house for refills.) The garage is not included. The living room fireplace is not available for use. Within striking distance of all Florida attractions including the following Daytona Aquarium & Rainforest Adventure, Daytona Speedway, White Sandy beaches, Golfing, New Smyrna Beach shopping, and Orlando attractions. Publix Grocery Store, Walmart, Target, Lowes, Port Orange Pavillon Shops, Regal Movie Theater are within minutes from the house. Just over the bridge you will find dining on the water such as Crabby Joe’s, Tiki Docks, Down the Hatch, Off the Hook, and Hidden Treasure’s. Boat friendly neighborhood with space to park a boat and trailer in driveway, within minutes of the Dunlawton boat ramp. Boat and Jet ski rentals nearby. Whether a family vacation, Bike Week trip with friends, long term, or executive rental this home is sure to provide you with everything you need in a central, safe location making it easy for any activity.
Pet fee Is $125 per pet per stay and $25 guest fee per night when more than 4 guests are staying.

Host was very quick to respond. We picked the house because we have family in this neighborhood and was in walking distance. I wish the drawers in the master were cleaner. I had to vacuum the out before I put my clean clothes in them. Other than that it was a perfect fit for our family.

This house was just wonderful! Perfect location. Quiet neighborhood. Just fabulous!! Definitely didn't want to leave after 2 weeks!!The kitchen was laid out so well that it made making dinners a breeze! I could be in the kitchen making supper and watch the children playing in the pool. We loved the fenced in back yard! We often sat outdoors until the early hours of the morning without being bothered by bugs.Cliff and Margaret were wonderful hosts!! The fire pit wouldn't stay lit and they were there the next day with a new one. Thank you Cliff and Margaret!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful plenty of room the outdoor space was great especially if you take small pets they were able to roam the fenced in back yard without worry and the heated pool was refreshing after a long day out the bikes.

Clean house with great outside area

House was clean and as described. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet we ride bikes around it and there’s a great ice cream place 1/2 mile away. Beach is 2 miles away and convenient to many restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Very Nice Property

Had just about everything you could want in a "home" stay. House was extremely nice and very comfortable. Beds were comfortable as well. We stay in VRBO properties about once or twice a year and this was one of the nicer ones we've experienced. In the future I'll learn to bring my own soap and shampoo / conditioner, but everything else was there.

The property felt like home it worked out well .We were about 10 minutes from the wedding venue making it easier to haul everything we needed to bring to the wedding. The house was perfect it was clean and the bed were very nice.Margaret was extremely helpful. I would stay there again and I will recommend them highly to my friends and family.

The hosts were great and responsive about questions and the pool was heated to our desired temp after some fixing and everything was wonderful except maybe the master mattress, that could be upgraded, otherwise it was perfect for our group.

Perfect!

This is not your typical pet friendly rental. There is no pet smell, everything is clean, the furniture is very comfortable. The house is well stocked with the basic supplies. The yard is large, and it is a quiet, safe neighborhood. The screened in heated pool is great. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Super clean house close to everything

Extremely clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Margaret was super easy to work with and very responsive. We enjoyed the fire pit area in the evenings. Weather was a little chilly for the pool but it looked refreshing. Overall, a central location if you want to spend time at the beaches or New Smyrna. Boat ramp at the Dunlawton Bridge was close and convenient. We will definitely stay again.

One of the best VRBO's

My husband and I stayed at this home for two weeks and LOVED it. It is my favorite so far to rent in the Port Orange area. The pool was the biggest attraction. My two grandkids came to visit for a couple of days and enjoyed the time frolicking in the pool. Everything was provided. The house was super clean. We enjoyed trips to the beach for our morning sunrise walks. We love to golf, so we took advantage of the courses nearby. I highly recommend this home to others. We would like to return for another visit down the road. You can't beat the accommodations.

Perfect property!

My husband and I rented this property with our dogs for 2 weeks so we could visit with family close by for the holidays. This house is perfect! The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented, the location is awesome. We met a fishing guide less than 10 minutes away, there are plenty of stores and restaurants everywhere. The house was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, it was too chilly to use the pool, but we enjoyed its beauty and the sound of the waterfall fountain. We had one small incident, which was fully our responsibility, and Margaret handled it with grace and class, which we greatly appreciated! Great place, don't hesitate!

Excellent Stay Very Clean Will Book Again

The Quiet neighborhood felt like home. We stayed during Jeep Beach. While it is off the beach we enjoyed the location out of all the hustle & bustle while we were settling in for the evening. We have stayed in many VRBO's, it was one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest out of all our stays.Well landscaped, beautiful firepit we never used it but it was nice, the pool was clean. We stayed 3rd week of April & paid to have the pool heat turned up to 80 & it was on 80, but we are older, it was still far to cold for us to enjoy. We tried one afternoon & just couldn't but that's ok, we enjoyed the view. Our little dogs were safe inside the backyard & enjoyed being able to chase the local lizards & sniff & wander around. The home had plenty of towels, washcloths & beach towels.The bed was very comfortable but really high. I'm 5'3 but managed it ok after I figured it out. The laundry room was handy & we got all ours done prior to departure. There is a large mirror in the bedroom but not full length. We are planning to book again here for the next Jeep Beach!

Speedweeks 2025

We stayed at this property Feb. 5th thru Feb. 12th. 2025. We are racers and spent a lot of time at New Smyrna Speedway for the World Series of Ashphalt races. We chose this spot because of it's location to the track and Flagler Ave.It was a perfect location for us and will most likely stay here in 2026 as well.The host for this property were excellent giving us our entry instructions several days in advance and a simple list of what needed done during our stay, which was nothing other than garbage days for the most part.The heated pool was 75 and being from Mi. I didn't like that, so I asked if it could go up to 83, with in minutes I had a response and the next morning it was taken care of. There was a small fee to get the pool to the temp we wanted and I expected it as it adds cost to them, so all was good.We were to leave Thursday Moring since our local short track racing was done but my Son has never been to the big speedway and wanted to watch the Dual races. I figured we would need to re-locate but once again, I asked the host for an additional day and it all worked out great.This was a nice home, we were never bothered for anything and when we needed something the host responded very quickly. We would highly recommend this property.Thanks again,- Scott
