It was disappointing that the house of that size only had 2 televisions preventing persons in 4 bedrooms nit yi be able to watch tv, no remote for the garage as stated, the patio furniture broken and not stable thereby preventing backyard time. Otherwise , nice neighborhood, easy access and to shopping, dining and 15-20 minute ride to the beach.

Perfect location from the beach and speedway. The only thing that would make it better would some outdoor furniture in the backyard.

The host is absolutely amazing. The house is very nice and it was very convenient to all the places we needed to go. The only drawback was a lack of shelving in the downstairs shower.

Dannette, you are the first person to notice that there isn't a shelf in the shower downstairs, and you're totally right! I just ordered one to put in. Thank you for bringing this to my attention! We loved having you, and we'd be glad to have you back any time.

Everything we needed

We had everything we needed for our stay. Nice location in Port Orange with Publix and the Pavillion, restaurants and stores nearby. Just what we needed to stay close to family and bring the pets. Abby and her husband quickly responded when we had questions.

EXCELLENT communication! Very responsive! Very good host! Clean property. Accurate as described. Easy check in and check out. The drive way has a slightly high incline for sedans but we were in an suv so no issue here. For the family to spread out. Great base camp for Daytona area. We even went down to The Kennedy space center.

Family gathering for a wedding weekend

This is a nice property that delivers everything that it promises. We were all in Port Orange for a wedding. The host was great to work with and even accommodated an earlier check-in for us. The house is spacious and centrally located. My only recommendation would be to add some patio furniture to enjoy the back yard and outdoor space. thespaandspacious and

Port orange 70th surprise

Our children came from Mn., MO ., and Orlando and surprised their Dad with our 4 grandchildren. The kids surprised their dad on the beach and he asked if they where they were staying? I had to admit to a lil white lie and say we had got a VRBO for all of us. What a wonderful time it was.

About the host

Hosted by Abby

Host profile image
Hi! I'm Abby. I've lived in the Port Orange area for 12 years now and am proud to call this town home sweet home. I absolutely love hospitality; whether it's hosting friends around my dinner table or creating an inviting space for your family to make memories on your vacation.

When I'm not messaging you back about your upcoming stay at my place, I love spending time with my husband and three kids, heading to the beach, or reading a good book.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is so safe, quiet and friendly. It's close to The Pavilion at Port Orange (shopping and dining), less than a mile from 95, and only 10 minutes to the beach.

What makes this property unique

This property is in one of the most ideal locations in Port Orange. The roads are uniquely laid out so that accessing the interstate, Publix, and the Pavilion takes less than two minutes- yet the neighborhood is still safe and quiet! Additionally, it has three full bathrooms, which is rare in this area.
