Brand new Bayfront build in Galveston's new premiere neighborhood, Sweetwater Cove. The home has 5 bedrooms, each with their own attached/private ensuite. 3 Decks overlook the Bay and Sweetwater Cove, one of the best fishing spots anywhere in the Gulf Coast. On weekends you'll see anglers in the cove catching trout, redfish and flounder. Everything in the home is brand new, from beds and bedding to the couch and patio furniture.

Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend to Galveston!
Party Policy: NO parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
