Excellent choice

I selected this home as a place for my brothers and I (and niece and nephew) to meet up for the first time since the pandemic separated us. They are in Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa and I was visiting from NYC. We wanted a place to relax and reconnect and this house was perfect. Thank you!

Clean house, nice neighborhood

Newly remodeled house, very clean. We liked a few nearby restaurants: Misqui, Buck & Honey’s, and Michaels (frozen custard). Visited the beautiful State Capital and the Olbrich Botanical Gardens.

This is a great location! Extremely safe neighborhood with easy walks to parks and Lak Monona. Very easy bike ride to restaurants and downtown on the lake loop.

Totally updated ranch home. New kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances w/gas stove, tile backsplash w/under cabinet lighting & brand new maple floors. Bright living room has recessed lighting & access to the screened porch. Bathroom w/custom tile shower, tile flooring and quartz counters. All 3 bedrooms have walk-in closets. Great screened porch that walks out to a concrete patio overlooking the fully fenced backyard. Clean basement provides plenty of room for additional sleeping if needed.
