Enjoy peekaboo bay views from the front porch balcony — the perfect place for morning coffee or relaxing after a day on the water. Fire up the outdoor grill for family meals, then unwind while the kids enjoy the community playground.
To make beach days easy, we provide guest beach gear, and the home includes a convenient guest storage unit for fishing equipment, beach gear, and coolers.

Great family week space

We were three generations, six in all. Grandparents in the king room, parents in the queen, and two kids in the (full) bunk beds. Plenty of room for all and covered parking for three vehicles. We did some cooking and the kitchen was well-equipped for it, including a gas grill on the ground (which we did not use). Nice swimming pool. Very nice development (Coral Reef) of about 20-25 homes, very quiet, well-kept and maintained, a few miles outside of Rockport so a very short ride to the beach there and to our chartered fishing near Big Tree but also convenient to Aransas, the ferry and that beach too. Many restaurant choices. We had a great time and would definitely stay here (both the property and the location) again.

The Nautica Retreat is a family-owned home, and we take pride in maintaining it the way we would want a place prepared for our own family vacation. From cleanliness and comfort to simple details that make your stay easier, our goal is to create an environment where guests can relax and enjoy the Texas coast.
