This is a charming property up in the hills but close to the lake. The view is amazing and could sit all day on the deck. regarding the house itself, we found the layout to be quite eclectic and a bit run down. While the many stairs leading up to the entrance were not an issue for us as we were prepared for the climb, the interior configuration presented some challenges. Specifically, the stairs leading to the upper bedrooms are very steep and proved difficult to navigate at night, particularly since the bathroom is located on the lower level.We found the kitchen to be best suited for basic meal preparation or takeaway dining. Very little provided for the price of this property and we noticed few areas that had not been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. The current setup may not be ideal for guests looking to do higher-end cooking.Overall a great stay and beautiful area.
