We really liked staying here. Everything is nice, from the big stuff (couch, TV, beds) all the way down to the little things (cutlery, wine glasses). They paid attention to the details and it mattered in our experience. We will definitely stay here again.
This place was clean and spacious and lovely. Great location and amenities for everyone. My family of four had a great time. The bunk beds in the living room was slightly odd and made it hard to hang out after kids’ bedtime but we still enjoyed ourselves very much.
Beautifully appointed property with great amenities close to all the action. Check-in process was a breeze and communication from property owner was perfect. Inside parking was a great perk, and checkout was just as seamless as checkin. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!
This was our 2nd stay and will definitely be back for more. Amazing location, amenities, cleanliness and organization can’t be beat. We’ll be back again!
Our teen-adult family of five really enjoyed this Golden Poles Chalet condo! It is well situated for skiing at Timberline and walking to the government camp strip and ski bowl East. The condo is clean and beautifully updated. Every detail is nice.
Perfect unit for a ski weekend - just 10 minute drive to Timberline. New, clean, covered parking, very nice patio with view and great communication with manager
We had an awesome stay here. The condo is decorated very nice and feels like you are at the mountain instead of a busy row-house. Our kids were able to walk to ski at Skibowl without us driving them around in busy parking lots. We will definitely be back if the pool is re-opened.
We booked this condo so we could get our kids (9, 7) on skis for the first time. It was a convenient location, within walking distance to Ski Bowl and the restaurants in Government Camp. It is also a short drive to Timberline. The condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient with plenty of kitchen items to make all meals and fun games and movies for family activities.
We loved our long weekend stay at this beautiful Government Camp Condo! We walked across the bridge for dinner and another morning for espresso. The location is fantastic! The condo was well equipped and had everything you could need in the kitchen. We will definitely be back!
I must say this may be the best decorated condo I have ever stayed at through VRBO! It was clean, well decorated, well stocked with everything we needed for our group's dinner, cozy and warm, and had so many extra little touches that just made it warm, inviting, and comfortable! I am just sorry in all of our years of ski racing that we never stayed here before! Highly recommend this condo!
The condo is just like the pictures!! It feels SUPER clean, newly refurbished and stocked with everything you need and none of the extra stuff you don't need (which is awesome)!! The fireplace is so cozy, beds are super comfortable and there is plenty of room.
Our only disappointment was the pool was out of service, which we were informed of prior to arriving (and also completely out of the owners control).
Highly recommend.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Laura's condo. The place was furnished beautifully, very well organized, and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Laura was very helpful in accomdating our schedules, and check in/check out were a breeze.
The location was fantastic as it was a short walk to town, and just a bit farther to the ski area where our daughter had lessons. The underground parking was very much appreciated and made it so we didn't have to lug our luggage through the snow. I would definitely stay here again, and am looking forward to trying it out in the summer when we can use the pool, hike in the nearby woods, and enjoy the activities at Ski Bowl East (which is just steps away).
Easy check-in and very clean & spacious. Comfortable beds, nice towels and many amenities such as shampoo, body wash and a basket with toothbrush, tooth paste razor etc.
Well appointed kitchen with many appliances including coffee maker, tea kettle, griddle...
The notebook with all instructions and information about TV and check out was very helpful.
Walking distance to restaurants and coffee. Walking distance to Ski Bowl tubing park and East Ski Bowl skiing. Underground parking very convenient with luggage carts and grocery carts to transport groceries and gear.
The area is spectacular, beautiful views and conveniently located in the midst of this cozy small town, walking distance to the Mount Hood Ski Bowl, restaurants and hikes. Ten to 20 minute drive for many other hikes and outdoor activities such as Trillium Lake (kayaking, fishing, swimming) and Old Salmon River Trail. Also, it was a 1.5 hour drive to Portland and about a hour drive Columbia River Gorge area to see some breathtaking waterfalls.
The home was impressive. It was clean and updated and modern with a beautiful view.It was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots, plates, glasses, mugs, spices, paper towels, napkins, ziploc bags, dishwashing products, etc. Laundry room had tide pods and Spray and Wash, lots of towels, blankets. There were also plenty of board games and puzzles to keep our family busy. There were smart TVs in all the rooms. We definitely felt at home! My one recommendation is to have a Keurig instead of a coffee maker.
Also, there was a welcome bag with snacks and rose wine!
We would definitely stay again!!
We loved our stay at Laura's property. It was remodeled and beautiful, well appointed, and in an excellent location. Laura was very communicative, the check-in process was easy. Our experience was excellent! We would stay again and recommend the property to others.
