Tampa International Airport, Raymond James Stadium, Honeymoon Island, ( State Park and Beach , Including Dog Park ) Hard Rock Casino, Tampa Convention Center, Historic Ybor City, Florida Aquarium, Busch Gardens, Disney World, Adventure Island Water Park International Plaza
(mall in Tampa, with several great Restaurants ) Cheese Cake Factory , Blue Martini, Countyside Mall (Clearwater), within 10 minute of a very large Flea Market, Known as the Oldsmar Flea Market, within 10 Minutes of Oldsmar horse race track, Golfing., Tennis, Community Pool, including a smaller childrens pool, and playground with park setting, picnic tables and barbecue. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Press the red button on the key pad to lock the front door .

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Non- Smoking : Smoking is allowed outside the Villa.

Short Term Rental Agreement : sign page 4 ( last page ) , place your Drivers License on the last page , take a picture of it and send it to my phone.

Self Check in anytime after 4 : pm ( it’s a key pad door bell ) located on the left hand side of the front door. Push in code, press red button .
