This former castle (1600), now a holiday home, is situated right on the sandy beach at Torvaianica. The house is one of a kind, set in the heart of a nature reserve, with a fenced garden bordering the public beach. Right next to the holiday home is a large, well-equipped area with a pavilion facing the sea, where you can enjoy the sun in complete privacy, sheltered by hedges. From all the rooms of the former castle and from the first-floor terrace, there is a beautiful view of the sea; between the two castle towers, the view stretches from the sea to the coast, taking in the nature reserve and the village of Torvaianica. The property is fenced and has an internal covered car park. In front of the main gate stands a separate outbuilding, which is occupied by a family. The residents have no access to the castle’s garden and do not pass through it, so guests’ privacy is fully guaranteed. All windows are fitted with fly screens. The former castle offers a unique holiday experience in a historic building, ideal for spending relaxing days by the sea. The centre of Torvaianica, with its wide range of shops, is within easy walking distance. The promenade features bars, restaurants, boat hire, a sailing school and kitesurfing facilities. The location is ideal for a relaxing seaside holiday and for visiting the beautiful city of Rome, which is just 30 km away. A famous water park is just 1 km away, and for fashion lovers, the largest outlet in Lazio, featuring the leading Italian and international brands, is 15 km away. Fiumicino Airport is 25 km away, whilst Ciampino Airport is 33 km away.
