Vacanza in famiglia con amici molto rilassante. La posizione sulla spiaggia è impagabile. Dalle camere la vista è bellissima, ci si addormenta con il rumore delle onde. L accesso privato è molto comodo, dopo pochi metri dall uscita c è una spiaggia libera dove potersi fermare. La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Il giardino esterno con barbecue consente di cenare fuori e di godere di splendidi tramonti. La disposizione della casa consente di avere i propri spazi e la privacy desiderataGrazie alla sig.ra Flaminia per averci accolto nella sua casa ed a Michela di averci dato consigli utili sui dintorni di Torvaianica

Sand Castle Dream

Nine of us rented for a week and loved the house and grounds. The property looks like all the photos and is located in the perfect place for excursions to Ostia Antica, Frascati, Castle Gandolfo, Anzio, Ponza and day trips to Rome. Rooms are well appointed, baths well laid out and kitchen very well equip to feed lots of people. The upper deck became our yoga room and dinners under the setting sun on the large terrace were perfect. The only concerns are that the beach out front isn't private but you can rent umbrellas and chairs. Also, the two downstairs bedrooms have to have the shutters closed at night for security and that can make it warm. If bars were put on just one window in each room it would be lovely listening to the surf and feeling the breeze. We liked it so much we are planning a yoga retreat there next year!
