A charming villa immersed in a park of 20,000 square meters, with its 7 suites for up to 20 beds, to celebrate or relax on the large garden cushions, have a swim in the pool, or relax in the 300sqm lounge and taste the cuisine of the chef.
Villa Elena is only 15 minutes from the two airports and 30 minutes from the center of Rome. The ideal place for a family vacation, for couples of friends, for a wedding or a party or even a corporate team building.

THE PARK
The care of the park is the setting for outdoor aperitifs is an explosion of scents and colors, all made even more spectacular by the lights and torches artfully arranged for an unforgettable evening.

THE VILLA
Inside the villa you will find a real Hobby Room with all the possible comforts and games, such as billiards, table tennis, table football, a giant screen like in the cinema and a professional kitchen, complete with a wood-burning oven for fantastic cooking dinners with friends.
The villa consists of 7 double rooms, each with views of the park.
Those who choose to cross the threshold of Villa Elena, will have the opportunity to celebrate a ceremony in the garden and to celebrate in style sitting at tables always set up with great attention to current trends.

There are 2 private area, one in ground floor that is a garage and other in first floor that is a room where my family sleep. Is completely independent and has a private access... so i will be available in case of any needs but invisible if you don't need me.

It is possible to organize dinners with the chef, a tasting of excellent local wines, learn to cook some typical Italian dishes and organize excursions of any kind, such as visiting the famous wine cellars in Umbria or diving into the lake of Castel Gandolfo for a kayak trip among Roman villas and tastings of local cheeses. CHEF IN VILLA
Federico will welcome you at the villa, for my friends Freddy, a young creative and tenacious cook, exalted by the desire to always amaze his guests with fresh, seasonal dishes, with the passion to create new recipes by mixing the knowledge of the territory with the tradition and culture of its customers. A must try is my workhorse ... a real Neapolitan pizza cooked in a wood oven right before your eyes ... Light, high, crunchy but also very soft on the palate. It will be the best and lightest pizza you've ever tried ... Try it for yourself ...

COOKING COURSE PASTA FRESCA
Learning to cook will never be so fun ... Test yourself and participate in a Masterchef style course on fresh pasta. I'll show you how to prepare the perfect pasta: no machines, just your hands, the freshest local ingredients and your imagination. You will be guided in a careful explanation both in form and in filling;
It is a basic course designed to spend 4 hours together and discover the true secrets of Italian cuisine, such as preparing ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach with butter and sage, potato gnocchi with fresh tomatoes and basil and fettuccine with porcini mushrooms . Everything we will prepare during the lesson we will taste together with a good Italian wine. In addition to preparing the grandmother's classic recipes, you will also have to think about having to prove that you are better than your partner with a few glasses of good wine that never hurts ... I will teach you to love cooking, the importance of hygiene and how to repeat these recipes in your house.

TASTINGS OF WINE AND CHEESE WITH WOOD PIZZA OVEN
We will taste different organic wines and a prosecco combined with different types of cheese. We will start with prosecco, whose taste will be mixed with a special buffalo mozzarella that comes directly from the beautiful Naples. Then we will continue with a taste of white wine with one of the most important Italian cheeses: Parmigiano Reggiano aged for 24 months and finally an explosion of flavors with a special red wine, aged for 12 months in cask and many other sheep cheeses.
