We had a lovely holiday in Alex and hope to stay again. The property was as described, beds were comfy, WiFi excellent (we have teenagers and they approved!) The view from the property is amazing on all sides. Photos do not do it justice. We enjoyed watching the hot air balloons early in the morning and in the evening were visited by stone martens who seem to love watermelon! Lots of woodpeckers too. Hosts are lovely and were very helpful with directions and suggestions prior to the trip we also very much appreciated the edible arrival gifts! Being British we also very much enjoyed having a teapot! Very close to Menthon for swimming and a small supermarket. Easy to get into Annecy, we even went to the fete du lac and joyed a day trip to Morzine. Would recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le chalet de Guillaume. Notre hôte s'est montré disponible et à l'écoute de toute nos questions et demandes ce qui est très appréciable à l'air des boites à clé. Le logement était parfait avec nos repas pris sur la terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes, juste magnifique !Le logement correspondait à nos attentes et est de taille appréciable pour une famille avec trois enfants. Merci encore pour votre accueil !

Valérie et Guillaume sont des hôtes très accueillants. Le chalet est authentique et bien équipé. La vue depuis le balcon est juste magnifique. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié pouvoir déjeuner face à ce superbe paysage ainsi que la quiétude et la sérénité des lieux.L'endroit est également très verdoyant, c'est une vraie bulle d'oxygène que nous avons d'autant plus apprécié étant donné que nous y étions durant une période de canicule.

Le chalet est très agréable et bien équipé. Seul petit bémol : l’absence de four dans le chalet. La communication avec les hôtes se fait très facilement. Ces derniers ont été très arrangeants sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ.

Très bon accueil , des propriétaires tres sympathiques , chalet confortable et agréable …Peut être ajouter un four traditionnel au micro ondes.. sinon séjour très agréable avec une bonne situation géographique .. a conseiller pour un séjour paisible en montagne

Le chalet a une vue incroyable sur la montagne savoyarde. Proche d'Annecy et dans un écrin de verdure. L'hôte était très sympathique et disponible et nous a donné foule de conseils pour profiter de notre séjour (même en cas de pluie!). Le chalet est également très fonctionnel et la literie très confortable. Nous étions deux avec mon conjoint mais une chambre à l'étage permet d'accueillir 5 personnes confortablement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir avec mon conjoint !

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment magnifique dans ce très beau chalet à Alex où nous avons pu nous reposer et découvrir une région aux paysages exceptionnels .Il y a énormément d'activités sportives à faire à proximité , des balades et le lac d'Annecy est tout prêt .L'endroit est très calme ce qui est un atout majeur ,il est aussi très confortable parfait pour se détendre ; il offre une vue splendide sur la montagne :le matin et le soir on peut regarder le soleil dans les montagnes . Quant à l'accueil , les hôtes sont très sympathiques et toujours désireux d'apporter leur aide .Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse .De belles vacances assurées.
