About this property

Modern sanctuary with pool, firepit & BBQ! Perfect for remote work & families!

Location is perfect for Formula 1 (less than 20 mins away), ACL (18 mins) and close to downtown. Gorgeous and newly remodeled 2 bedroom private home in the HOT east Austin area. Big backyard with a 400 sq ft deck, BBQ, outdoor dining area, Fire Pit and Cowboy Pool! 2 large tv's, chef's kitchen.!

13 minutes from downtown, and even less to the popular east Austin bars and restaurants.

This is my private home and it's filled with amazing details for an incredible stay.

The living room is super cozy, has a large tv with an incredible sound system. The kitchen is perfect for cooking with a gas stove and oven, large fridge, microwave, and filled with sunshine.

Upstairs you have a primary bedroom with a closet, queen size bed, large tv and dresser. The guest bedroom has a full size bed, and a small wardrobe for hanging items, with two shelves. (I can also leave a desk and monitor - just let me know when you book). The house is 900 sq ft.

Families: I also provide a Pack N Play and high chair upon request (no extra charge)

Outside is where it gets super fun - a 400 square foot deck with a dining table for 8 people, huge sectional to hang out and a gorgeous big BBQ grill for outdoor grilling. There is also a gas fire pit with a loveseat for cuddling by the fire, and two additional chairs to have the perfect evening.

Clean, with something for everyone! Enjoy the back yard and pool - or work, read, or nap in the bedrroms upstairs. Loved it, and our dog Harley did too! Close to downtown and all the attractions. Would recommend

We had an amazing stay at Modern sanctuary's place! The Condo was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to restaurants. Rebeka, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Great little house with a fantastic outdoor space

Loved this cute little place. Enough room for my husband and I to be comfortable and we loved the back yard! Communication with Rebeka was seem less and she was super responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place.

Our family enjoyed our weekend getaway with all the comfort of home! Minutes away from anything you may need in a quiet location this was just the place. Our host was fantastic and very responsive. If you’re interested in Austin this is a quaint place to stay.

Cozy home!

I loved my stay. The host was super kind, responsive and attentive. The home was warm, welcoming and clean upon arrival. I appreciated the little touches the host included to show her appreciation. I was very comfortable and felt safe as a single female. The backyard is amazing and I really loved relaxing by the pool. I would definitely stay here again!

Great East Side Location

We enjoyed our stay with our 2 years old daughter at Rebeka’s place, she was super responsive and helpful in recommending the nearest coffee shops and taco joints. Close to Mueller, Thinkery, good restaurants. The backyard was awesome, we splashed around the cowboy pool with our daughter. Lastly, easy access to main highways to get anywhere in Austin. Highly recommend,
