This was an excellent property. Nothing could have been better except a longer stay. The host was most accommo-dating. It was a spacious and well cared for. The views were great and the location was excellent. This was a great vacation celebrating my brother's 70th birthday. We highly recommend this VRBO.

I highly recommend this property because it is in a great location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The Destin water taxi is available right outside our door. The view from the unit is absolutely stunning. Dwight, the property owner, was quick to respond to all our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sun King Condo. It was very clean, which is not always the case at other properties we’ve stayed at. We did have an issue with the WiFi in not being able to connect. Dwight responded immediately to my call concerning this and ultimately got three other people involved to rectify the situation. Finally determined the router was bad and I told him not to worry about it as we had excellent phone reception. He told us if we needed it later on, let him know and he would get a new one installed. We also locked ourselves out of the room on the next to last day. Still unsure as to how that happened. The electronic dead bolt was still working fine, but some way or another, we engaged the manual door handle lock. Called Dwight again and he had a locksmith enroute within the hour. The locksmith got the lock unlocked and made keys for the manual door handle to store in a key safe mounted near the door. All people we met while there were very friendly and I enjoyed visiting with the maintenance guy, Roy. He is a retired boat captain and had a lot of fishing stories.

Owners were very attentive to answer all questions with immediate reply. Unit is very clean and well equipped with everything that you need. Nice swimming pool. Beautiful view of the bay.

Beautiful view.

This was the second time that my family stayed at this unit. The view from the balconies is wonderful. It is very relaxing and at night you can hear the music from nearby restaurants which gives it a very festive atmosphere too. The condo is very nicely decorated, and we like bringing our fur babies with us. There is a nice beach nearby with a good area for snorkeling. We would stay again.

Wonderful Place with a Great View!!!

Extremely easy process with very responsive and polite owner. We loved the decor and furnishings. Very secure with gated entrance and code locked doors to buildings. The pool was so refreshing!!! We will be back.

Amazing penthouse unit

The photos of this unit do not do it justice. The view is so beautiful and relaxing. At night if you eat on the balcony, it is like eating outside at a fancy oceanfront restaurant. You can even hear music from the nearby restaurants. There are 2 public beaches nearby. Osheen is about 0.6 miles and Snorkel Beach and Norriego Point are about 0.9 miles. It was really beautiful and fun.

Dreamy Penthouse and Property

This Penthouse Condo is like a piece of Heaven. Amazing all the way around from the inside of the condo to the Fantastic views of boats, dolphins and live music flowing throughout the Harbor from the local clubs. It’s like the perfect Dream. Checking in was easy. The Condo was very clean and has everything you need. The Master bed was so comfortable. The appliances, furnishings, and bathrooms were all updated. Contact with Host was top notch! We will definitely book again and recommend this condo to our families and friends. Can’t wait for our next stay!

Destin Harbor Tranquility, Beauty, Pet friendly on Holiday Isle

Location, location, location!!!! This Destin Harbor condo is a real gem! Bring your pet and watch the boats, dolphins, birds, etc. from almost every room in this condo! First time staying in Destin, FL with our fur baby and we did NOT want to leave! The area is not busy, which is wonderful, especially in the winter! No big lines, no waits, and the traffic was good! The condo and its property is beautiful, quiet, well maintained, clean, and the folks are friendly! The condo is amazing, pictures are accurate, home is completely stocked with everything, nothing left out! I’d love to keep this secret gem to myself, but it’s to great not to share!!! Dwight, host/owner, was fantastic! Great communication, easy to contact, and courteous! My husband, furbaby, and I will definitely be back again for sure! Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us!!!
