These three level townhomes sit directly on the beach. Equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning. Large oceanfront decks for your enjoyment. No pets, please.




Welcome to our oceanfront townhome with three large ocean facing decks and direct beach access. Come for the amazing views of dunes, sand and ocean and stay in the comfort of 4 large bedrooms with room for up to 12. Parking for 2 cars available on site. Mattresses and bedding appointments are all recently updated. Play all day on the beach with the provided beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. Two full baths, outdoor shower and powder room make it easy to get cleaned up. Rainy day? Enjoy the new furniture in the living spaces, the Wifi and streaming services including Roku TV. If you are hungry, the recently renovated and fully stocked kitchen makes cooking a breeze or you can visit many landmark restaurants close by. Relax and call for take out while you enjoy a cool beverage from the wine refrigerator. You have the choice of three dining sets: indoor seating for 8, an upscale polywood set with 6 captain chairs on the ocean front or casual dining on the back patio.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a wonderful time in OCMD. The condo was a perfect location, right on the beach. There was plenty of room for our family of ten. The 2.5 bathrooms were perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

Beach Vacation in OCMD

We had a wonderful time in OCMD. The condo was beautiful and was perfectly located right on the water. The views from the balconies were amazing. Everyone had their own space, there were ten of us, and plenty of bathrooms. We definitely would stay there again!!!!

Place was clean and great location. But the sliding door on main level is very hard to open and close to go on deck. There is no ice maker or ice trays to make ice.The other issue we had was there were 2 fees. One from vrbo which was expected and other from vacasa, totaling 2000 just in fees.

Loved It!

This was the perfect place for a girls trip. Great location near 54th St., right on the ocean. It was too chilly for swimming but we enjoyed walking on the beach. Steps go down to the sand and then there’s a path over the dunes and there’s the beach! Beautiful beach views from all 3 balconies. The townhouse is very comfortable with plenty of amenities.

We stayed here for a a girls bachelorette weekend and we loved it. We had 10 of us and we all slept great and there was plenty of room. 3 ocean balcony’s and one in the back. Great waterfront property for the price. Not the place for anyone who is handicapped/wheelchair bound since there are multiple stairs and 3 floors but we loved it since we felt like we all had our own floor and more privacy. Walking distance to the fun bars like seacrets and fagers island. Would recommend and would come back here again!

Only good thing is location

The only good things about this place were the locations on the beach and close proximity to the Convention Center where our family of 9 had an event to attend. Otherwise, the place was very dated and not clean, including dishes and glassware, nor was kitchen very well stocked. Outdoor furniture had not been wiped down so in order to enjoy the decks, we did it ourselves. The outdoor garbage bins were totally full, so when we left we felt terrible but left the trash bags sitting on the ground outside. Fortunately we had a beautiful weather weekend so all spare time was spent outside on the beach — definitely would not stay here again.

Conveniently right on the beach. Loved the option for 4 different balcony's and the outdoor table on the main balcony and the outside shower on the porch. However, there are sooo many steps inside and outside. Definitely not a good place for someone with any type of difficulty. There are nails hanging out of the balcony on the 3rd floor. Not safe for children. The handles on the sliding glass door for the balcony are broken and the doors are super hard to slide. The toilet paper holders are falling out of the wall. It didn't seem very clean when we gotta here (feet dirty within 5 min and other people's trash still there under the couches, you could feel the dirt on your feet and see it on the floor/steps)

Beautiful views….. No Wi-Fi or TV

This house has beautiful views and a good location. 3 ocean facing decks with comfortable furniture. There are A LOT of stairs in this house, definitely NOT for anyone with disabilities or toddlers. We had no WI-FI or TV the WHOLE time we were there. We called several times to Vacasa (the property management co) They kept telling me that they had “created a ticket” and someone would come fix it. Well, on our last day, they finally sent someone out to fix it, but he was unable to because the owner had the WI-FI and cable turned off. We were there over Thanksgiving weekend and we’re unable to watch football the whole time. Plus, we had all of our young adult/ teenagers with us…. So you can imagine how happy they were to not have any Wi-Fi. The other issue we had were Roaches. We found one dead and one ALIVE. All of the dishes in the cabinets had to be washed before you used them because they were put away dirty. If these issues were fixed it would be a decent place to stay.

I will never stay in this place again. Some of the beds had spots in them, half of the televisions did not work. We had to end our annual trip early due to the fact we were very uncomfortable to stay the whole time. Outside furniture dirty, trash on deck, big mirror leaning against wall for kids to get to, refrigerator with packets of take out from previous tenants so not cleaned. Called about tvs not working on both floors-no one came to repair. We left early Thursday morning due to the condition of unit. This was not a pleasant trip for my family-had to call back home for grandkids to not come up. Never again…word of mouth is a biggy…couldn’t even find the unit-not labeled properly—someone from office had to locate it for us(very kind young man)we have been vacationing for over 20 years this way. This was the worst

Old! Needs maintenance!

The house was dirty when we arrived, the owner didn't pay the water bill and the water was shut off, the air conditioning system is probably 25 years old and broke down. Vacasa did a great job trying to get things straightened out and in fact gave us a rebate on our rental price. However, this place does need some work.

We had a great time at this beach house. The decor is updated and the house was very clean when we arrived. It was easy to prepare full meals in the kitchen and it was adequately sized for our family of 11 people. The beds could use some updating since some were sinking somewhat.

We loved the location!! The house was bigger than it looked in the pictures and was comfortable with a stocked kitchen, towels available, tp and tissue stocked. With the exception of sunk in beds, this house accommodated our group perfectly. I would stay in this house again-loved it!

Nice house; not so great host

I have mixed feelings about this place. There is a lot to like: 1. Location is wonderful. Right on the beach! 2. Nice balconies 3. Well stocked kitchen with nice appliances 4. Plentiful, good quality towels What I didn't like: 1. The building construction is so poor that you could hear everything the neighbors said, and I assume vice versa. Although this is a non-smoking unit, the neighbors smoked and the cigarette smell on the balcony and through the walls was really obnoxious. Obviously not the owner's fault, but it is something that should be considered if it is an issue. The tackiness of the construction is evident throughout. 2. The unit was cleaned but not great. I absolutely would NOT say it was dirty, but the cleaning could be stepped up. 3. Vacasa staff readily picks up the phone when you need to call but their help is marginal. When I asked how to turn up the air conditioning (unit was cold upon arrival) I was told to turn off the circuit that the AC is on. I didn't want NO air conditioning...just the ability to control it. Eventually I found the unit and fixed it. Then I called to ask where the advertised beach chairs and umbrellas were. When they weren't where the Vacasa people thought they should be, they told me that the beach stuff advertised on the site were not guaranteed! Really??? Didn't I pay for them? Eventually we did find them in a storage shed, on the balcony off the kitchen, but the door to the balcony was locked and we had to climb through a window to access the shed and then lift the chairs through the open window. I assume the locked door was an accident but the Vacasa staff response couldn't possibly demonstrate less caring. I guess they are "quiet quitting". Finally, for those traveling with little children, this is not the house for you. The stairs are not suitable for little kids, who could really hurt themselves. This is not a criticism; rather a consideration for families with young ones.

the property was great for our large group! perfect location and good value for direct beach access. we had some trouble getting a clear answer on how to check in after hours because of the third party rental company, but we did figure it out by the time we got there. otherwise everything was great!

This is a great house! The views are amazing, especially from the top two floors, and it is steps away from the beach. The interior has been recently updated and is nice, but the exterior of the house needs some upkeep. It has a well-stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances. Although the house sleeps 12 people, I can't imagine how the house could accommodate 12 awake people because there is just not enough room for that many people to sit in the living room.
