Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This property is very nicely updated and does not feel dated. Kitchen is very nicely stocked with a few extra items not usually found in a rental. :) Will definitely consider staying here again.

Great Property

This is rental has a fantastic location, with oceanview and beach access. Walking distance to many restaurants & shopping. Updated appliances (frig, washer/dryer). The central A/C kept the temperature very comfortable. There were beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, beach umbrellas & 3 chairs, which were all much appreciated. Kitchen was well appointed with all the pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils, cups & plates. The property is well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, clean and updated

It's a great location and right on the beach. The condo was clean and nicely updated. There was plenty of space for all our stuff. We loved having all the beds and random hooks everywhere. The washer/ dryer was in a nice laundry room right off the entrance so we didn't drag sand throughout the condo. The only complaints I have were the curtain rods are almost falling down in the one bedroom and the one did fall on me in the living room. Also the room with the bunk beds, the door knob came off and I got locked in the room. Thankfully my husband got me out and we laughed about it the rest of the week but we also noticed in the main bathroom that knob was duct taped on. So I'd recommend they check those out. But other than that, it was comfortable, great view and nice neutral location.

Beautiful Condo
