1. WE SUPPLY LINENS AND TOWELS.
2. We have 4 pickle ball bats and balls available to use.
3. We are in a community so we only get 8 wristbands in the rental packet. However guests are able to purchase only 8 more at $10.00 per person per day. These are available for purchase down by the kayak rental shed by the lake. You will need to show your ID, rental packet and cash only. Children 5 and under do not need wristbands.This is for use during memorial day till Labor Day.
4. No fire pits allowed.
5. No parties, No loud music, No boisterous behavior.
6. No pets allowed $400. fine if rule is broken.
7. Any missing/damaging items guests are responsible to pay the cost.
8. Must be over 23 years old to book.
Community rules:
** Community requires booking party full name and address.
** All renters and guest must abide by the Towamensing Rules of Conduct.
** All vehicles must be registered with towamensing Trails at least 3 days before check-in. Guest must fill out a form providing phone number and address of the guest who booked the house and then each state/plate number of all vehicles in the group.
**Community limits 8 wristbands per stay, however guests are able to purchase a total of 8 more. These are available for purchase by the boat rental shed by the lake for $10 per person per day. They will need to see ID and rental packet and only take cash.

** At check in- community car passes must be displayed in each vehicle for the duration of your stay and while exiting the community at check "out. Community fine is $500. for any unregistered vehicles on the property and is the responsibility of the guests.
** Community Registration Required (4 vehicles included in registration) additional vehicles are $6.00 each
** Refunds will not be given if community amenities are unavailable for reasons outside of our control.
** Bags of trash should never be placed outside, due to critters getting into the bags. Community fine is $310.00 for leaving trash bags outside. Please take them to the dumpster at the main entrance.

** There are public lake beaches at Beltzville and Hickory Run State Park nearby for a larger group
