Great Accomodations

Very nice little house with everything you need! Close to Snoqualmie, Fall City, 1-90, bike/hiking trails. The Host is very good if you have questions or (like me) get confused haha. Good internet and even has a cozy fireplace.hhhafireplace.Highly recc

Warm and comfy

This property’s rural-like setting enabled us to experience a peaceful stay while still being located close to our planned destinations. After encountering cold, wet weather during some of our outdoor activities, we enjoyed returning to the apartment’s cozy fireplace and comfy leather furniture.

Great for a couple

The apartment is well appointed. It was very quiet. The location was great. Only thing I would change is the apartment is built for people who are on the taller side. I had a little trouble reaching some of the cupboards and couldn't reach to controls on the stackable washer/dryer. If the apartment had a small step stool it would have been perfect.

Beautiful property

This apartment is actually part of a larger house. It is beautifully decorated and is stocked with necessities you might want but dont want to go back out for after your trip in- like coffee, sweetners, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The grounds are beautiful with hedges for privacy ,a large open yard, patio seating, a small playground for children. The one and only glitch was the website said Two beds but didnt indicate that one was a fold out futon. However, it was comfortable with a special mattress that was used for it. I would definitely stay there again

Great Property, Tad Difficult to Locate but worth it!

This adorable 1 BR/1BA apartment is tucked away in a really safe location. However, because my flight was late, I had a hard time locating it in the dark. When using GPS, it got me near the house but not to its exact location. I only used the property to shower and sleep but it was lovely with what appeared to be a fully appointed kitchen. Heated floors are really nice! The only other difficulty I had initially was locking the door from the outside. I eventually figured out that you had to do the same outside as inside to work the lock. You might want to include this on your instructions.

Escape the Fireworks

I live on the Tulalip Rez - so it's insane there. I try to escape every year. This place was just the ticket. There were a few big ones way off in the distance, but nothing crazy. The space is very well appointed. The details in the finishes make what could have been a blah space into a very nice and welcoming space. Had a bit of trouble finding it. We thought a tip could be added to the directions if you end up in front of the house instead of the back. If you are in front of the house look for a wood sign Elk Run and the address is right under it...that's the driveway to the back of the house where the unit is. There was road construction so the sign for 356 DR NE was not there. Anyways, great stay here I'll be back to avoid other firework heavy holidays :).

Cozy one bedroom. Small space but perfect for one with gear. Two people and say bike gear and travel bags, cramped for space but a nice cramped space. The apartment is getting well worn. Be patient with the mini-split for climate adjustment. It works. The bedroom cadet wall heater is very noisy. The place hasn’t really been wiped down in a long while. Dust lint on everything. The bath towels need refreshed. Once nice and still thick but faint mildew from being around too long and not getting dry obviously. All the bath towels. The salt shaker was empty and covered in dust and oil from the stovetop. Seems it hasn’t been checked in way too long. This is on the cleaning crew not being thorough I suppose. I made do no problem. The wifi is poor. It works eventually. Today’s day and age demands quality wifi and perhaps a cell booster too. Cell service in this one bedroom was a single bar. You know how that is….. The tv is outdated. Yes, its a flatscreen but has very strange colors and of course streaming quality ebbs and flows with wifi quality. It may simply be this rural setting and perhaps high speed, quality internet is simply behind the times here. I can’t say. The bed mattress is way too soft for me. I prefer firmer but not super hard. This mattress feels like long overdue for a refresh as well. I love the convenience of the location. I love the feel of the apartment. It is comfortable. Check in check out simple. Lock and key manual. A bit finicky with the handle

Enjoyed my visit to Washington State and so happy to have stayed in Fall City at Evelyn's property. Went to run a half marathon with my little brother and was happy to stay in a location that worked really well for us to have separate space during out visit! We also enjoyed the location near falls and hiking trails. Host provided basic toiletries and many options for tea with some coffee to start the day too!

What a little gem this is. We visit the area often to see family. We will definitely book this again. Great location to Snoqualmie and Fall City sites. We loved everything about it.
