The room was just what we needed! We were in town for a wedding and the host was kind to accommodate a late checkout request the night before we needed it.
Where do I start!I made my reservation a month in advance and never received any arrival information—no check-in details, no address confirmation, nothing. I called, texted, and messaged the property multiple times and never got a single response. When I finally arrived (after paying for transportation), the location was completely closed. Even Vrbo agents couldn’t reach the host. I was left standing outside for 30 minutes in 45 weather trying to figure out what to do next. Because of this disaster, I missed a wedding rehearsal dinner and had no place to stay for hours.Vrbo’s only “solution” was to offer a voucher—but only if my next booking cost more than what I’d already paid. I had to book my own new place last minute and spend more money on transportation again. This experience was not just inconvenient—it was unacceptable. This property is irresponsible, unresponsive, and should be temporarily banned or suspended so other travelers don’t go through the same ordeal.
This was a great place! It’s nice, the area was really pretty. Very relaxing stay. Bed was comfortable. There was a double bathtub that was super nice! The only thing we really had trouble with was that the shower was very tiny, and our door was hard to unlock! It got stuck, and the lock wouldn’t turn all the way. We checked in super late and I just hated to disrupt anyone. Everything else was amazing! Definitely worth staying at again when we visit OKC! 🖤
