Our family so enjoyed our stay at Baywatch! The house was very clean when we arrived! The amount of beds was so wonderful to accommodate 15 children! Being able to enjoy sitting on the porch while the kids played in the pool or played at the beach was perfect for our family! Thank you so much for a wonderful family vacation!

Beautiful Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Baywatch waterfront beach home. The house was spacious for our large family. Everybody was able to have their own room and bathroom. The beach was beautiful. We definitely recommend this place.

Huge property - great for family gathering

The Pensacola beach house was perfect size for our annual family gathering. The kitchen was well stocked for dishes; the double oven, fridges, and dishwashers were key amenities for such a large group! The deck was a great hang out! The pool was cold but didn’t stop the kids from going in. having beach right outside was great for the kids to run around and also play volleyball.The area was safe and enjoyed some nice walks over to the gulf beach. Overall we had a great stay and would come back again!!

We loved our stay!!!

Our group loved this place! Five families including 12 kids had more than enough room to enjoy a week in Pensacola Beach. The property and location offer the trifecta of pool, bay-side beach, and gulf-side beach. A few maintenance items were left with the property manager, but nothing to damper the trip. We would stay here again.

Thanksgiving reunion of a family

Overall a wonderful house! Just a few small things that occurred! But simple things to take care of! Wish the pool had been heated. Too chilly to actually use! But the 20 of us had a blessed Thanksgiving altogether for the first time in eight years! Thank you!

Perfect for our needs

We had a great time in this house with our 19 guests including my wife and I. We loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The living area was so spacious and there was plenty of storage areas in the home. There were a few things that needed repair but nothing that detracted from our stay. The view from the deck was amazing and it was fun to be so close to the beach. We would definitely rent it again.

The owners need to stay there themselves and see what maintenance and upkeep needs to be done. Swimming pool NEEDS TO BE HEATED.
