Bella Blue is a recently remodeled 2850 square feet and refurbished 4 bedroom plus a bunk bed in lounge landing, 3.5 bathroom, wonderful getaway for large families and groups that sleeps up to 12 people. Heated Pool and professional designed with great decks and landscaping and is a great addition to your vacation experience.
Location, Location, Location: 100 yards off the sugary, white sands and emerald Gulf waters of Pensacola Beach. Short walk to shopping, restaurants, and bars. Our home is in the first residential block east of the community district. Park your car or hook up RV and walk everywhere. Plenty of parking available on a beautifully landscaped lot.

Elevator for special needs and handicap accessible bath with huge open floor design makes this spectacular home accessible for all ages. New additions this season king size bed in master suite, 3 level bunk bed adjacent to sunset lounge and a new west facing covered deck.

The large dining area is great for family dinners and parties. Take advantage of the large 65 inch HD flat screen TV and surround sound for that special gathering. Each sleeping area also has large 55 inch TV’s.

The upstairs 'Sunset Lounge' is the perfect place to enjoy a daily tradition of toasting the day with a complete wet bar and entertainment center. The Master bedroom has a private balcony and spectacular view. Lower Lounge area with Full Fridge. Enclosed hot & cold water outdoor shower.

Family Beach Vacation

Bella Blue is a beautiful home with plenty of room for your family. The house has everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach and the heated pool. Several restaurants and shops are within walking distance of the house. Our family LOVED our time here!

The house was very clean and comfortable for our entire group. The pool area was great and we had several meals there. The elevator was so helful getting luggage, groceries, medical supplies and our elderly parents to the main level at times! The beach was a short half block or so walk with many other restaurants, coffee shops and shopping places also within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again! Joseph was also extremely helpful and timely with communication!

Great Location

Great house steps from beach. Enjoyed the large downstairs pool area with heated pool! Checking in and out at rental office is uncommon these days but it is very close and convenient to property.

Beautiful house great layout

This house accommodates so many people and the layout gives a lot of room to space out. Furnishings are beautiful and comfortable and the pool area is such a bonus. It’s a quick walk to the beach in one direction and shops and restaurants in the other.

The house was immaculate. Loved the decor. Had a beach vacation vibe throughout. Everyone enjoyed the pool too as the weather did not allow swimming or playing at the ocean. Would definitely recommend.

Very enjoyable from the first night to the last. We would have loved to stay forever. Very clean and decorated well. Rooms are very spacious. Good location as restaurants and bars are within walkable distance. Beautiful white sand beach was just steps away. Everything was top notch. Couldn’t ask for anything else!

A memory made

Our family took a first vacation together to Florida and decided on this amazing property as our home away from home. Joe was amazing in communication and ensuring everything was great during the trip. Very close to the water and beach and a wonderful heated pool to enjoy during the day. Would very much recommend.

Fantastic Home

We had a great time at this house! The private heated pool was so much fun and the kids (7 & 12) loved spending part of the day swimming in the pool or taking the very short walk to the beach. Beach access was so convenient and the house was set up beautifully. Outdoor shower was nice for rinsing out sand. We spent most of our time in the outdoor pool and patio are which always nicely appointed with tables and chairs for gaming or puzzles and had a very nice privacy fence. It was a perfect stay. Two of us are disabled so the elevator was a real bonus! The managing company and the owner were very responsive to questions we had.

Family Vacay

Bella Blue was exactly as advertised and as beautiful as the pictures! Our family of 11 ranged in age from 5 months to let’s say 60+ and this home offered something for each of us from the pool to the elevator and so much more. The closeness to the beach and the shopping was perfect. The owner always responded quickly to our questions and provided helpful info regarding local restaurants. Our family enjoyed the week in Pensacola Beach and at Bella Blue.

Amazing!!!!!

Bella Blue is fantastic! Pictures do not do it justice! Spotless and kitchen well stocked, so close to shops and restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. The pool is a huge plus! Bunk beds were a great addition! Joe is wonderful to work with and super quick to respond to any questions we had. Our stay was absolutely amazing, and we cannot wait to book again!

Fabulous!!

We loved Bella Blue! It was perfect for our family that was in Pensacola for a wedding. The house is very well equipped, clean and spacious. Backyard was great and we loved having the pool. Only one thing we weren’t aware is that there were no beach towels available. Be sure to pack some if you’re going to the beach. We dealt directly with the owner who was super helpful and answered all of our questions very quickly. We would definitely recommend Bella Blue!!

Bella Blue perfect getaway!!!

I booked this house for a family trip and was not disappointed. The pictures are accurate: house is clean, great appliances in the kitchen, clean pool and cute decorations throughout the home. The owners did not skimp on anything. Beds are super comfy too! This house is a very short walk to the beautiful white sands of Pensacola. Added bonus was experiencing the Blue Angels fly by as we swam! The only issues we had were a little confusion about checking in; there is a lock box on the front door, but we actually had to pick up the keys at a local realty place. We also had to fill the propane take for the grill as it was left empty, but thankfully there is a gas station less than a block away. The owner was very responsive when we had some pool heating issues and it was resolved quickly. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beach getaway. It would be great for young kids as well, and we did feel guilty leaving the kids behind (school already in session), but it was nice to go out on the town to the local bars and not worry about whose getting up early with them. This area is a great mix of older and newer beach town. Plenty of great restaurants and souvenir shops. We will definitely be back and would love to rent Bella Blue again!

Very nice house

House worked out well for our group of 6 adults and two children. Kitchen pretty well tricked out with everything you might need. Pool and pool area a great combo of enough sun as well as covered area/seating for adults. We ate dinner down there every night as it was pleasant and breezy. Two covered parking areas were a definite plus. The third floor is a nice quiet retreat for grandparents and/or room for extra kids with it's trundle in the bedroom and sleeping futon in the lounge area. Largest issue for me was that we had no wifi the entire week and unfortunately had family members trying to work while there. Was not fixed until last day. Very frustrating. Also, this house is managed by a rental agency, which is not an issue and they were very nice and accommodating, but once I had paid, the owner no longer replied to my communications. Also, the 5:00 pm check-in is the latest I've ever experienced. The area where the house is located is perfect, the beach beautiful and quiet considering the proximity of hotels and condos.
