As an added bonus, the Beach Trolley stops directly near the house to make it easy for everyone to get around without walking or driving.

The home itself is nothing short of amazing! It features a third floor with two main glass walls that open up entirely to a custom built pool! Not only that , but this pool area has an outdoor bar, an outdoor bathroom, a large modern sectional - and views of the gulf and entire island!

If the panoramic views from the third level living and pool area are not enough for you - take the spiral steps up to the roof top deck where you can see for miles in every direction! The kitchen is incredible! It has concrete counters, a copper sink, and a huge fridge! It also has a large bar with extra stools for additional seating.
You will love the "open concept" of this house. The kitchen, living room, dining room, bar area, are all combined and again - opens up to the pool and decks! The openness of this house gives it the capacity to provide plenty of space for large groups.

This home has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All four bedrooms have 2 queen beds each. It has additional space for sleeping which allows the house to have a maximum occupancy of 20. A half bath can be found on the main living level and an additional full bath by the pool.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious and perfect for our group of 11 to spread out. The layout of the kitchen, dining and living area was great for accommodating a large group.The pool was a big bonus. It was the perfect size for a quick swim at night. We had a quick walk to the beach and the beach was not crowded. There were a couple of broken things, but it did not effect us having a great vacation.

Family get away

Our family of 14 had a great vacation despite the rain! The house was spacious and a short walk to the uncrowned beach. We loved Pensacola and will vacation there again!

Couldn't ask for a better located house. Pool was amazing. Pre call for check in and post call for check out was a step above what I was expecting. Views were awesome. House was very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Great location for large groups!

The place is in a great location about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool on the second floor balcony is a great amenity, as well as the accessible rooftop. My only observation is some of the electronics seem to either not work or did not have clear instructions (indoor outdoor speakers, pool lighting, TV connections, etc). We weren't in the house much but I could see how that would be an issue for some people. Overall great stay!

great location

Beautiful house but needs a few repairs. The elevator never worked so my mom (who just had knee surgery) had a difficult time. Overall lovely house close to beach and great views. Pool wasn't ready for us but they cleaned it up by the third day.

Family Vacation

I have to give this house 5 stars, because we had such a successful and amazing family vacation! The top floor, which is kitchen, living and dining is perfect for a large group. We had 3 small children with us and the roof top pool was a huge hit! The pool has lots of lounge/outdoor furniture and has nice views of the ocean. The house is a short pleasant walk to the white sand beach. The house definitely has wear and tear and the furniture is comfortable’ish. Also, be prepared to walk up over 40 steps to get groceries to the kitchen. Overall, we had a great time with lasting memories.

Awesome stay, just needs modifications

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house itself is fantastic, with such a great location and great bones. We really liked the common area with panoramic windows. However, the place needs some modifications. Pool turned green really quick into the stay and was leaking below. Some faucets didn’t drain in the bathrooms, ice machine wasn’t working, wine cooler wasn’t working, derogative words written in elevator near 3rd floor level. With a little bit of TLC and and upgrading, this place could be one of the best houses on the coast!

Beautiful View

The house does no disappoint with the view. The kitchen was missing some basics which for the amount of money you spend it should be there. No wine glasses not even plastic ones, cork screw, can opener, etc. The house is showing its age and needs just some updating and fresh paint especially on the outside.

We loved our stay and the house was nice. It has many features that do not work (I wish we we had been told ) ice maker in freezer was broken, under counter ice maker at wet bar was broken, pool lights were broken, fans in 3 of 4 bedrooms did not work (properly repair could not program remotes that didn’t work) plus house itself it very dark. Another issue - most plugs & outlets were by ceiling not counter height or by floor - try charging cell phones from ceiling???!!! We had fun but going to grocery daily for ice was a drag, and I would have appreciated more help from guest services!!!

Overall a Great Place to Stay for Vacation

Pros about the VRBO: Great location, just about a block away from the beach. House was very spacious and clean. The elevator was a big help when we had to haul heavy items from the main living area (3rd floor) to the 1st floor and vice versa. The best part for us was the pool located on the 3rd floor overlooking the beach. And the rooftop view was even more amazing! You can see the beach and the gulf :-) We went up there just to watch the sunsets. My family had a great time and we shared some unforgettable memories. Cons about the VRBO: There was a dark stain on the ceiling in the main living area on the 3rd floor, which appeared to be mold. We informed the service man who helped fix the electrical outlet in one of the bedrooms so the TV would work. There was no TV in one of the bedrooms, which is a bummer for a family that enjoys watching TV before bedtime. The doorbell didn't work, which wouldn't be a big deal if the main living area wasn't on the 3rd floor. And lastly, the patio furniture was old and worn and some cushions were ripped. But all in all, I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone else.

Great Vacation Home

Great Location. Plenty of Room. Elevator was great for bringing up luggage & groceries. Beds were comfortable. It was very clean but the only reason I gave 4stars was because we saw a couple of roaches. It might be time for a pest spray. The top floor open floor plan was perfect for us. We could cook and still spend time together watching the Huge Flat Screen TV. The WiFi was good enough to stream movies. The kitchen had MOST of what you need for cooking. But, was missing a few items. We had to purchase a can opener. But, the Exxon Market just down the street had basic necessities. The owner might also update the cutlery. Cutting knives were very dull. Other than that we made it just fine. We had no issues with management or any reason to call them. Everything worked great. Only disappointment was TV Channels were limited. We were there the week of Thanksgiving and weren’t able to watch one of the football games because the tv did not have FOX channel. Overall, our family had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this vacation property.

Perfect location updates needed

The location of the property is ideal and the rooftop pool is fantastic. We were able to watch the Blue Angels and the fireworks from the roof without having to battle traffic. Access to the beach is very close and the beach is not too busy and is beautiful. Upon arrival I was told I owed another $120 due to tax changes even though I had already paid in full. We were waiting for our access code to check in. At 4pm I called and they said check in was changed to be between 4-6pm instead of 4. We went out to dinner while waiting for our code. At 6pm I still did not receive the code so I called and they finally provided it. I think 6pm is a very late check in time and that information was not provided ahead of time. There are a lot of repairs and maintenance needed in the home i.e. garbage drawer off track, one bathroom door would not close, ice maker does not work, drier handle broken off and had to use butter knife to open, mold or some sort of black stain around some ceiling vents, and we came across a few roaches. Just a lot of wear and tear. Also, if you plan to watch TV, you might want to bring a roku with. Very minimal channels are offered and only 3 of the 4 bedrooms had a TV. We were not inside most of the time so it wasn’t a huge deal but we do like to watch TV in the evenings before bed. Again, the location and pool/deck area were great and I would consider staying here again but for the price we paid I think some of these items should be taken care of.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the house was amazing, my friends and I had a wonderful time. steps away from the beach, great rooftop view and plenty of comfortable beds. Wish we could of used the rooftop pool more but the weather wasn’t hot enough for it yet. I would definitely come to this house again!
