This 3 bedroom house sleeps up to 9 people, with central air conditioning, one bathroom and has an incredible outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a changing area and a view of the bay. Rent Kayaks, go snorkeling or just stretch out on a lounge chair and catch some rays.

With a DVD player, stereo system, Music Library, cable TV - taking a break from the sun and some time spent indoors will be just as fun! The house also has a washer/dryer, garage and off street parking.

The incredible breeze that comes off the bay, the great new large deck adjacent to the kitchen, and a gas BBQ makes for great al fresco dining. Stop by one of the local fish markets, swing by the farm stand to pick up the freshest of vegetables and enjoy a delightful home cooked meal! Or dine out! With Greenport just minutes east and Riverhead a few miles west, the restaurant and activity selection is wonderful.

In Greenport, walk around the historic town, ride the carousel, walk in and out of dozens of cute stores and eat/drink while listening to live music at Claudios restaurant/bar right on the water! In Riverhead, venture to the Tanger Outlet Center, go miniature golfing, visit the aquarium, spend the day at Splish Splash Water Park or eat at your familiar but favorite restaurants!

Fore! It's Golfer paradise with renowned courses like Long Island National, Island's End, Cherry Creek, and Tall Grass. Or Practice your short game at the cute Cedars Par Three, right in Cutchogue.
