Convenient location. Great apt-quiet building, easy parking, comfortable space. Enjoyed the balcony. Kitchen stocked ok, but could have used a couple more pans, and sugar and creamer for the coffee.

Hello Lu-Anne, Thanks for choosing to stay with us. We appreciate for letting us know about this. Your feedback helps us do better. We are looking into this issue and hope to resolve it promptly. We truly hope you enjoyed your time in our lovely mountain town!
Positives: location was great, just as advertised. The kitchen was stocked better than most much more expensive places I’ve stayed. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: the internet was so slow as to be useless. And single ply toilet paper!

Hi Lisa, I'm glad you liked many of the features this condo offers. I wish you would have called about the wi-fi during your stay. The day of your arrival we had just upgraded the system to 500 mbps, checked it and it was amazing. We would have immediately investigated so you could have the amazing service we wanted you to have. As far at the toilet paper, that is what is recommend for older buildings plumbing to keep old pipes from clogging. We would have certainly delivered you different toilet paper had we known you were dissatisfied. We strive for 5 stars and guest satisfaction. Hope you enjoyed your stay! Great location. Easy access to everything . Clean and comfortable. Everything in working order. During the evening of our last day we noticed the smell of wood smoke but saw no smoke or fire. I suspect was someone else’s fireplace. ( we didn’t use ours. ) A bit disconcerting since it is an older building. Our smoke alarm didn’t go off and appeared to be in good working order, and it cleared after a while.

Too hot to sleep, no working wifi, pretty miserable
My husband surprised me with this place for my birthday. We honeymooned in Park City, so as we were driving out I was super excited to realize where we were headed (More expensive than planned, but my husband was trying to splurge on me). Upon arriving in the apartment it took us a good portion of time to realize that the parking pass was actually located up in the room (not in the foyer per directions). Not too bad. But then when we got in the room the windows, balcony doors and blinds/shades were all open allowing the hot hot afternoon sun in. There was a very small, old ac unit lazily stuck out the open window (plugged in, off, vent not attached to anything just hung out the window). It was REALLY HOT. After closing all doors and draperies, and stuffing pillows next to the ac unit vent we finally got the ac unit on, and ever so slowly the heat of the front room went down, but never below 80 degrees, and this was only in the front room not the bedroom where we were to sleep, which remained much hotter. We tried to make the best of it. My husband had planned to cast a movie to the screen and watch together. My phone has no data plan so we NEEDED the wifi to work. Try all the troubleshooting as we might, but it did not. We got ahold of the owner (my husband has an EXTREMELY LIMITED data plan) and they weren't very helpful. They stopped answering our queries and no help was received. So....no entertainment. And...try as we might, very very little sleep. Why did we come here again?? I mean, it was moderately cute, 2 baths, cute kitchen space in spite of the old walls and ceiling. But it failed to serve the main purpose why we came! We received a call from the owners the following day...AFTER our early 10 am checkout, letting us know that there was a place in the bedroom closet (???) to hook up the small ac unit so the bedroom could be cooler. So I appreciate that they did in fact respond...they seemed to want to help (too little too late) but man...our stay was hugely, unexpectedly, expensively miserable. I'm sure my lack of sleep painted a little more negatively than should have, but I should note that there is a pane door that leads straight to the parking lot (so good view in) with no drapes/blinds...so no privacy in the front portion of the room, and there is SOMETHING rented/going next door that revs up quite loudly...so the coolest time of the morning, around 5/6, when we finally started to drift off kept jerking us awake.

We promise we will make sure no other guest has to experience this in the future. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We hope you had a lovely time in the mountains.
Perfect location, very clean with all the amenities inside that 2 people could want. The second bathroom was a plus and the communication with Renee was the best ever. Would recommend this place 100% and looking forward to coming back. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.
First time in Park City and we loved it. The condo is right in the middle of town so walking distance for just about anything. Loved the small balcony facing the ski slopes where we could see the skiers and groomers working the ski runs throughout the night.
Very small apartment but perfect for my wife and I. The furnishing and decor are a little "dated" but clean and everything worked. Having the fireplace at night was terrific!
Only negatives we found, and it wasn't with the property, were the early morning trash pickups. We were there 3 days and each morning, early, we were greeted with trash trucks and dumpsters banging. Didn't last long but scared the heck out of us first day. But that is what it is, once I realized no one was trying to come through the walls we were good. We had a terrific time. Wife and I thought back to our first small apartment together and brought back memories. Loved all the things to see and do in the area. Great stay.

Thank you for the review! We're so glad you enjoyed our beautiful town.
I'm sorry to hear about the dumpster noise, this is the first time I've heard about it so I wonder if they changed their pick-up schedule. I'll warn future guests. Hope to have you as our guest in the future. Be safe! Renee
Worked perfectly for us and really nice host. Close enough to the mountains to walk. We had 4 people staying - it's on the smaller side but 2 bathrooms was a big bonus and the sofa bed was comfy. There's a ski shop on the next block for rentals or tune up too. Thanks for letting us stay and see you again soon we hope!
Good place to stay. Clean, comfortable and good location.
Has all you need for a nice vacation.
The two bathrooms are a plus.
Short walk to town, city park and many other places.

Not a good summer location.
Good location to drive everywhere, in beautiful Park City. BUT, the porch and exterior doors open up onto the busiest intersection in Park City. The window unit air conditioner can't cool the bedroom so you hear traffic until 1:00 a.m. I would only rent this property to go skiing during the winter. Well equipped kitchen, small bathrooms, and probably the most broken down, uncomfortable matress I've ever slept on. Priced well, you get what you pay for...

Hi Timothy, Thank you for the review. Because of review, the owner has just purchased a brand new Sealy Luxury mattress! There's not much we can do about the busy intersection but if we could we would. Thanks again! We hope you will stay will us again in the future to enjoy a good night of sleep. Renee
Everything was perfect except the air conditioner wasn’t efficient enough to cool the condo off, couldn’t sleep until late at night when it cooled off outside
