This 3 bedroom 2 bath Ledges Condo in Building 9 offers a many mile spectacular main channel view. Wake up to the gorgeous lake views in the king bed primary suite with private bath. The 2nd bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds. There is also plenty of floor space if you want to bring an air mattress for the kids. Offering a great lakeview from throughout the condo, a fully stocked kitchen, and WiFi throughout make this the perfect condo for you next lake vacation! The Ledges Complex highlights two seasonal outdoor swimming pools and a sand beach in the back of the cove which is very unique for a condo complex. There is a 10' X 30" boat slip available for an additional charge. Located at The 21 mile marker of beautiful Lake of the Ozarks in the heart of Osage Beach, right in the middle of all the action. Margaritaville, Red Head Yacht Club, Shorty Pants, Dog Days and Backwater Jacks are all minutes away by land and water. Many other lake area attractions are located close by including Big Surf Water Park, Lake of the Ozarks State Park, several favorite golf courses and it's just a short 15 minute drive to the historic Bagnell Dam Strip area. 4th of July weekend

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything was very clean and just as described in the photos. The kitchen had anything you might need. There were plenty of towels for all of us too! This was the perfect spot to have coffee and watch the boats.We would definitely stay here again.

The property had great views, and plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. It was the perfect size for a family and return. They loved looking at the lake. The pool, so nice as well.

Great view ,well equipped . We had a few minor issues . Not only did they take care of them quickly , they followed up with a phone call to verify everything was ok. We'll be back in the fall for sure .

Thank you sincerely for the heads up that there could be an ant problem. Whatever you did worked great we saw one ant all weekend! We could never understand the living room TV remote to reduce the volume and one of the sinks in the master bath backed up a few times.

Great condo!

Great condo & comfortable beds! The management company offered great communication and easy instructions to check in and check out. My only complaint was the cleaning, I suggested to have it deep cleaned due to a few areas being dirty ( under beds , coaches & furniture decor dust). We would definitely rent again from the rental company and or stay at this condo. Thank you !!!!!

Great location & views of main channel

Clean, cute condo! Easy location at the lake. Endless views of the main channel though, still in a cove! Kids loved the sandy beach area. Lots of linens. Everyone sleep with wonderfully too!

Awesome view.

Great location. Kitchen is fully equipped. There was no parking pass left in our condo which is required. It took two hours after calling for one to be delivered. Waiting around for it to be delivered was the only down side of our stay.

Beautiful view

The condo was very nice although wasn’t the cleanest upon our arrival. Decor is very nice. Had everything in the condo that you needed. The management was so accommodating and very kind.
