Wonderful location, cottage was cute, clean, and well-stocked. We brought a pet - the hosts are very pet-friendly, which can be difficult to find.

We love guests like you. We could hardly tell you had been there. It makes us happy when we know you enjoyed your time and were thoughtful enough to keep everything neat, clean and orderly. Hope to see you again!
The decor was super cute! It was a lovely small home away from home. The drive wat was super easy to access, the property was easy to find and the house was immaculate! Beds are on the firmer side but we all slept comfortably! The view, as always was amazing! Highly recommended and will be staying again in the future!
Everything was great. We enjoyed the ready to go coffee station. Our ten month old loved crawling around. We loved the location. Not too far from Franklin but not right in town.
We had a wonderful stay. The cottage really felt like home. It is in a great location, central to everything. My husband and fur baby loved the property across the street where they could roam and play. We were not wanting for anything as the cottage had a fully stocked kitchen, bath, bedrooms, and mud room with games, books, and brochures. We would definitely book again.

Thank you. Glad you had a good time and found the cottage comfortable. Thanks also for the so-cute card. We loved it!
This cottage is better than advertised. It felt like a true home away from home. The location was perfect... close to downtown Franklin yet tucked away just enough to be relaxing and peaceful. The cottage was updated and spotlessly clean. The neighbors were all so friendly and the scenery was gorgeous in all directions. We're already dreaming of coming back!

Thank you, Amy. You were the kind of guests everybody wishes for. Your kindness and generosity was above and beyond! We too look forward to your return one day.
First of all the owners are dog people! There is a 2+ acre field across small unbusy street our german shepard had time of her life just running for fun! House was in perfect shape, well taken care of and excellent location for Franklin or Sylva NC

We previously owned Smoky Mountain Dog Bakery in Waynesville, NC—we love dogs!
We also love guests like you. Looking forward to your return.
Lovely and comfortable cottage. We were greeted with special dog treats for our little dog and wonderful banana nut bread for us. Second day in Franklin I had a bad fall and then our little dog had to go to vet (on a weekend) local vets closed. Our hosts were so kind - brought food when I fell and also provided information on where to take our little 17 year old dog. We loved the little farmhouse. It was a good place to recuperate. Wonderful, kind hosts.

We so enjoyed meeting you both and, of course, Lily. Sorry for your unfortunate mishap. Hopefully you will be back again and be able to get out and about and take in all the mountains have to offer. Love the little pumpkin—thank you!
I had a lovely time staying at this nicely decorated house. Everything was well thought out and I was very comfortable in this house. I was worried that it might be a noisy place because the house is right beside the road, but it wasn't a busy road and the neighborhood was very quiet. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Why 4 stars? Was there a problem we don’t know about?
