Maison chavagnats - Dieulefit

This single-family home is located in the very quiet Chavagnats neighborhood of Dieulefit. The house has been completely renovated and redecorated by the owners to give it a modern, comfortable, and cozy style.

The house offers spacious living areas, four bedrooms (one of which has a separate entrance from the outside), 2 bathrooms (one of which is en suite), 2 separate toilets, and a pleasant covered patio for dining that allows you to continue enjoying the outdoors even on hot, windy, or rainy days.

The property includes 2 bedrooms with 160-cm double beds, one bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeping four), and the separate bedroom has two single beds.

The house is perfectly suited for families (with amenities and games available).



The 2,500 m² garden is well-landscaped with trees and fully fenced, featuring an 8 m x 4 m swimming pool (with a cover and gate), a ping-pong table, a swing, a sandbox, and a playhouse for children.

The house is located near grocery stores and a medium-sized supermarket.



** Household linens are an additional charge: €12.50 per single bed / €25 per double bed. Household linens include sheets, towels, dish towels, and bath mats.



** Coffee maker available in the house: Nespresso (standard capsules) and standard drip coffee maker



** If the maximum number of guests is reached (10 people), we limit the number of infants to 2 per reservation. If the number of guests (adults + children) exceeds the maximum authorized capacity, the reservation will be canceled without a refund.



** Basic necessities are provided upon your arrival (dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, etc.). The guest must provide for the remainder of the stay.



** Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. When possible, we may allow check-out as late as 12:00 p.m. Beyond that time, we charge an additional €15 per adult to use the property until 5:00 p.m. at the latest.



We cannot guarantee that the pool will be open before May 15.
