We had a great time!! Home very spacious and comfortable for everyone. All amenities were available although we had our own and owners were readily available to bring more if needed. Beautiful friendly neighborhood friendly neighbors. Close to everything you need and need to do. Just over all great experience and good time!!

Charlotte Visit

The house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood, very clean and comfortable for our group of 7 adults. Great location for an event at PNC Music Pavilion. Hosts were very gracious, would definitely recommend to anyone.

The overall stay was fair. There was no pool table in the garage/ game room. The driveway is steep and will scrape the bottom of your car. There was a dead waterbug/roach under the covers in main bedroom. Also, there was a glitch in the keypad the day we was leaving. The manager/ owner sent Housekeeping to try and rectify the bug situation with new linen. Other than those things, the kitchen was equipped, the other beds was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. There is a grill and hot tub.There are stores and restaurants near and plenty of room for everyone

Friends and I gather for a little getaway. Had an issue at the beginning but the host was on it. I really appreciate his communication and generosity/courtesy. My friends and I thought the house/home was cozy and comfortable. If we are ever to come again, will book again with this property. Thanks for having us!

Bowl Getaway

The house was equipped with what was needed and management was very responsive to our needs. The property is a little smaller than it looks in the photos. There were several cosmetic issues that need to addressed at the house and the cable and wifi was not working. We made the best of the situation and our stay was adequate.

I loved the property. If I had received the code on time it would have been great.

The contract says the cost will be $25 an hour to stay an extra hour but once I was there, I was told the cost would be $50 an hour. I didn’t like that change.

Convenient

A tiny bit misleading. Overall the property was in a decent neighborhood, convenience was a priority for us in addition to cleanliness. I was not happy at all with the sofa chair, not clean enough for me I don’t sit on fabric stained chairs anywhere and the pool table was outdated, dirty stained mildew smelly carpet. Upstairs the bedrooms were nice. Lower levels bedroom was dreary and scary, so my sister thre blankets over the sofa and slept there for two nights. Broken window screen and cracked window glass was a concern. Half bathroom water was dripping throughout the entire stay and lawn chair was cracked / unusable. So I really don’t think I would return for another stay. I hate that I was not completely satisfied, but the pictures painted a beautiful story , otherwise I would’ve not had my hopes up so far. Forgot to get pictures of the sofa.

Great Property

My family and I came to Charlotte to celebrate Thanksgiving. We have family in the area and the house was the perfect size and location for us all. I wasn’t sure how equipped the house would be so I brought several things from home. But to my surprise, we didn’t need them. Everything is there that you would need for cooking. After reading the other reviews, I already anticipated the driveway being on a hill. I could see how this would be an issue for older family members, but we were just fine. The house is older so there are signs of wear and tear but overall , we had a great time. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I don’t feel that you will be disappointed at all. Another plus is that the hosts are very responsive , so should you have a concern, they are quick to respond. My family had a wonderful time!!!!
