Nice House near the beach

The House is very nice and close to the beach. It is near shopping places but far enough to not hear noises New beds are needed. Something has tonbe done with the smell of the wardrobe. In the kitchen there are some small things left like a kitchen knife and cutting board

1 month in Port de Alcudia

Proximity to the beach. Less than 1 minute from front door. Early morning coffee sitting on the sand, watching the sun come up. Long walks on the endless beach. Sundowner gin and tonics, endless list. We were a bit cold at nighttime in bed. Suggest that maybe duvets are supplied for the earlier time of the year. We had to use extra fleece blankets on the bed and we think it would be more comfortable with duvets.

Wonderful stay at Villa Rosita 12

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rosita! The house was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located just a short walk from the beach in Alcudia. The team from Ideal Property Mallorca was fantastic – they were very helpful, made everything easy and comfortable. They even arranged an early check-in for us and welcomed us with a small refreshment, which was a lovely touch. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend both the accomodation and the service! One thing we noticed during our stay was the presence of a few cockroaches in the house, which was a bit unpleasant and unexpected. It might be a good idea to improve the pest control or sealing to prevent this. However, this is just a suggestion – it didn't significantly affect our stay. We really enjoyed our time at the villa!

Tolle Lage Par Schritte zum Strand , sehr ruhig. Schöne drei Schlafzimmer viel Platz . Et noget ældre hus, som er blevet istandsat i etaper. Tagterrassen var ikke møbleret, og udsigten var den samme som nedenunder. Ejeren reagerede hurtigt, når der vr problemer. Da vi kom var der ingen hynder til havemøblerne. Dette blev udbedret med nogle meget små og tynde hynder. Senere viste vandhanen i køkkenet sig at være utæt. Blev hurtigt udskiftet. Vi opdagede kakkerlakker i huset, og de blev forsøgt udryddet, men det er næsten umuligt.Det bedste var at bo så tæt på stranden, en virkelig pragtfuld strand, som børnene elskede.

Super Lage nur 150 m vom besten Sandstrand

Das Highlight an diesem Haus ist die Lage. Man hat nur etwa 150 mtr. zum besten Strandabschnitt der Bucht Alcudias, da dort keine Hotels in Strandnähe liegen. Das wiederum hat zur Folge, dass man dann zum Einkaufen und für Restaurantbesuche längere Wege in Kauf nehmen muss. Technisch ist das Haus gut ausgestattet, in der Küche waren folgende Geräte vorhanden: 4 Flammen Gaskochfeld, E-Backofen, Kühl-Gefrierkombi, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster, im Nebenraum der Garage mit elektrischem Toröffner eine Waschmaschine. Leider stimmen die Katalogbilder und die Realität überhaupt nicht mehr überein. Es gibt rund ums Haus überhaupt kein Grün mehr, ausser in den Nachbargärten. Auch sonst hat das Haus schon bessere Tage gesehen, meiner Meinung nach hat man in den letzten Jahren versäumt etwas zu investieren (z.B. ein neuer Anstrich von Haus und Fenstern / Mobiliar). Innen ist alles funktional eingerichtet, dass war es aber dann auch schon. In zwei der drei Schlafzimmer haben die Betten den Charakter von Feldbetten, dort wurden die Kopfteile von Bettgestellen an die Wand geschraubt, davor findet sich dann aber nur ein "Feldbett", kein norrnales Bettgestell. Das finde ich , zumal das Haus als Villa beworben wird, was beim Kunden gewisse Qualitätsansprüche weckt, ziemlich schlecht. Im Aussenbereich standen neben einem Gartenschirm auch Gartenmöbel zur Verfügung. Leider hatten auch diese ihre besten Tage schon hinter sich, der Tisch war derart instabil, dass man sich schon gar nicht mehr getraut hat, darauf etwas zu zerschneiden. Einer der vier Gartenstühle war defekt. Außerdem standen für 6 Personen (dafür wird das Haus beworben) nur zwei Liegestühle zur Verfügung. Ich habe das umgehend mehrfach persönlich im Büro bemängelt, geändert hat sich insofern nur, dass der defekte Stuhl durch Kleben (!) instandgesetzt wurde, sonst hat innerhalb von drei Wochen nichts getan. Und dann kam noch das Regenwasser durch die Decke im Bad. Da war dann meine Toleranzschwelle überschritten. So nie mehr!

Bekvämt boende för två familjer (3 plus 3)

Vi var två familjer som delade detta parhus en vecka i Alcudia. Huset är bekvämt och stort nog för många vuxna (vi reste med tre tonåringar). Läget är helt fantastiskt i förhållande till stranden och stranden i sig är underbar! Det var ovant med utomhus-badrum, men för oss fungerade det utmärkt. Bra när man kom från stranden, smidigt då man äter utomhus. Vårt enda problem var att komma in med en minivan genom grindarna. Om någon parkerat på gatan mittemot grinden var det i princip omöjligt att köra in/ut på genom grinden (som alltså är rätt smal). Jag tror inte det är något problem med en mindre bil.

Optimale Lage zum Strand, Haus und Service eher unbefriedigend

Hallo, wir haben keine großen Ansprüche, dennoch sind einige Dinge nicht so gelaufen, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Die Lage zum Strand ist großartig. Eine halbe Minute und man ist am Meer. Das Haus allerdings ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer sind extrem durch gesessen. Bei den Sesseln hat man das Gefühl man sitzt auf dem Boden. Auch die Matratzen der Betten sind durch gelegen. Ich habe mich sehr auf mein Bett und ruhigen Schlaf gefreut. Aber das ist vielleicht auch subjektiv. Ich brauche eben eine harte Matratze und keine weiche. Wir hatten etwas Pech mit dem Wetter und es war sehr kalt. Man hatte nur ein Laken zum schlafen und es waren keine weiteren Decken im Haus. Auf nachfragen nach Zudecken, sagte man uns, das sie gebracht werden. Auf erneutes nachfragen hieß es, man wüsste nichts davon und es sollten umgehend Decken gebracht werden. Es kamen nie Decken bei uns an. Ein Punkt der sehr störend war... Das Bad roch die ganze Zeit nach Kanalisation. Man konnte nur auf die Toilette gehen. Alles andere musste man quasi im Schlafzimmer machen (kämmen, schminken...). Ich habe teilweise einen Würgereiz bekommen. Ich habe mir das von den Verwaltern auch bestätigen lassen. Das Problem war auch bekannt, denn es standen 3 Dufterfrischer im Bad. Man versprach uns das Problem zulösen, aber auch hier ist niemand gekommen. Aussitzen ist die offensichtlich die Devise. Wenn ich soviel Geld für ein Haus bezahle, möchte ich auch alle Räume nutzen können. Für mich eine klare Abwertung des Objektes. Was uns auch noch negativ aufgefallen ist, ist der Service. Unser Flieger ging um 20 Uhr und die Immobilie war nach uns nicht vermietet. Wir haben darum gebeten, die Immobilie erst um 15 Uhr räumen zu dürfen. Der Reinigungsservice kommt ja sowieso erst ab 17 Uhr. Diese Bitte wurde uns verweigert, was wir sehr schade fanden. Wir wären gerne nochmal baden und dann uns abduschen gegangen. Ich habe schon öfter Immobilien gebucht, bisher sind uns die Vermieter da auch immer entgegen gekommen. Zumal wir am Anreisetag auch erst um 23 Uhr im Haus waren. Nun gut. Das sind sie Punkte, die uns zur Abwertung der vollen Punktzahl bewegt haben. Top Lage, Haus - naja, Bad geht gar nicht und Service einfach nur schade....

Hallo, Als Antwort auf Ihren Kommentar sind wir der Meinung, dass dieser nicht ganz korrekt ist. Ich erkläre, in Bezug auf das Wohn- und Esszimmer wurden die Möbel zum Ende der Saison gewechselt und die Matratzen, wir bedauern, dass die nicht nach Ihrem Geschmack waren, aber Sie müssen verstehen, dass wir nicht alle Matratzen nach dem Wunsch jedes Kunden ändern können. In Bezug auf den Decken, wann immer unsere Gäste, Decken verlangen, werden sofort welche zur verfügung gestellt, die werden nicht im Haus gelassen, wegen den Menschenfluss und sind im Sommer nicht notwendig. In Bezug auf die Gerüche des Badezimmers wurde im selben Jahr eine wichtige Arbeit geleistet und es gibt keine Abwassergerüche mehr in den Bädern, leider gab es während Ihres Aufenthalts einige Tage schlechtes Wetter, das Ihre Stimmung beeinflussen könnte. In Bezug wegen des Auschecken des Hauses, erinnern wir Sie daran, dass dies immer um 10 Uhr ist. Für alle unsere Gäste, weil das Haus am selben Tag um 16:00 Uhr wieder besetzt ist. Wenn Sie länger im Haus hätten bleiben wollen, wäre die Lösung gewesen, noch einen Tag zu buchen und diesen Tag zu genießen, bis wann Sie wollten. Wir bedauern, dass Ihr Aufenthalt aufgrund des schlechtes Wetters nicht Ihren Erwartungen entspricht. Wenn es Zwischenfälle an das Objekt bestehen, werden diese sofort von der Agentur gelöst und wir hatten keine Beschwerde oder Kommentar während Ihres Aufenthalts bekommen.
