The apartment is located in Can Picafort, offers breathtaking ocean views, and is situated about 20 metres from the shore. It is on the ground floor; there is a small supermarket on the ground floor.

Fully equipped kitchen with glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, sink, refrigerator, freezer, iron, ironing board, etc.
In the living room, you’ll find You’ll find 1 sofa and two armchairs, a 44" LED TV with a built-in satellite receiver (pointing to Astra), DTT, a Blu-ray player, a media player (with many films, mainly in English and German), and an USB drive (i.e., you can bring your own films on an USB drive).

Satellite channels: BBC World, CNN, Eurosport, National Geographic, Disney, Nickelodeon, and films and TV shows in multiple languages.

The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows facing the sea, and the sliding windows open onto the terrace, where you’ll find a metal table, chairs, and lounge chairs.
There are 3 bedrooms, each with two beds, one of which has a bunk bed.
There is air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms have fans.
There are 2 full bathrooms with showers; one of the bathrooms also has a bidet.
Child-friendly: a cot, high chair, and bed rail are included.
Internet access: Private, unlimited connection via Wi-Fi.

1. The building has an lift, but you must climb 10 steps to reach it.
2. The apartment is located in a residential building; please keep noise to a minimum from 11:45 PM to 8:00 AM. You are not permitted to host parties in the apartment. If you do not respect your neighbors, we will ask you to leave the premises.
3. Tourist services are not provided: transfers, daily housekeeping, meals, etc.

Wonderful property/great owner.

A fabulous property with all you need for a wondeful stay. The location is second to none with a balconey to eat at overlooking the sea. Biel, the owner, was very accomodating and responsive. We'll be back.

Perfect location. Nice apartment.

The perfect little apartment by the beach. On the last street before the beach, it’s perfect to spend some time there or use as a home base to visit the rest of the island. The Can PF beach is amazing water. The Port Pollenca beaches were a great 2nd choice. Restaurants, groceries, all nearby. Parking was always available on the street (50m) was the furthest but usually only 1 or 2 cars away.

Excellent location with a lovely view of the beach. Easy check in process and the host kept us well informed before arrival. Apartment was spacious and well equipped. Only let down was that it was advertised as air conditioned but this was only in one bedroom and the lounge, so the other two bedrooms were very warm at night. One thing that would have made the stay more comfortable would have been more comfy seating on the balcony area. Other than that this place is great value for money, in an ideal location and excellent value for money. Would stay again.

The Best and a lot more

This apartment provides everything you need for a great family holiday. The location is superb, you are less than 1 min from the beach and all the shops bars, and entertainment. The real bonus is Biel who is the very best host, nothing is a problem for Biel, he just gets it sorted no matter what the problem. If you looking for comfort, service sunshine, and a beach location this is the apartment for you. Thank you Biel for all your support and help.

Great location. 1 block from beach. Although has washer, I had no idea it would take days to dry. Be prepared to take to a laundry mat. Photos of apt were old, (furniture was old) but we were out and about so much it didn’t bother us.

We had a wonderful stay in Can Picafort. The apartment enjoys an ideal location, just a short walk from a beautiful beach and within easy reach of all amenities. We hardly needed to use our rental car, except to explore other parts of the island of Mallorca.The apartment is spacious, very comfortable, and impeccably maintained. It is also extremely well equipped and provides everything a family could need for a pleasant stay. The view is stunning and adds greatly to the charm of the property.A big thank you to Gabriel for being so available, responsive, and communicative throughout our stay. We highly recommend this apartment without hesitation and would be delighted to return on a future trip to Mallorca.

My name is Biel Ramis and both, my mother and I own this flat in Can Picafort and we'll do our best to make sure that you don't have miss anything during your stay.

I live in Llubí, a small village at the center of the Island. It's 20 minutes far by car from Can Picafort. I speak catalan, spanish, english and german.

Why they chose this property

Just in front of the beach, perfectly equipped, children ready (chair, cot), very near the pub/shop/restaurants zone. Very good sea view (please watch the video).
