Welcome to Bel Aven, a sublime house nestled in the heart of the Kerdruc Inlet, between Pont-Aven and Port Manec'h. Enjoy the view of the sea arm in this haven of peace! With its magnificent tree-lined hectare of land in an exceptional setting, you can enjoy private access along the inlet. This large family house, bright and partially renovated with great taste, can accommodate up to 8 people.

Housing

Upon your arrival, you will find a very large dining room, living room with authentic tiling, filled with light thanks to the numerous windows overlooking the sea arm and the garden. A lounge area with comfortable sofas invites you to relax, whether to read, share a moment with family or simply admire the view of the water. The large dining table, friendly and warm, is ideal for shared meals.

To cook, you will then find a very large fully equipped kitchen, designed for family meals or with friends. A large bay window opens directly onto the terrace, offering an unobstructed view of the cove and the wooded park. Light is omnipresent, and you can enjoy the landscape while preparing your dishes. It notably has a traditional oven, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, as well as numerous utensils and storage spaces to cook as if at home.

Outside, a vast stone terrace awaits you, bordered by beautiful plants, colourful flowers and lush vegetation that invites relaxation and conviviality. The large outdoor table is perfect for enjoying a meal in the open air or sharing an aperitif at the end of the day, while enjoying the calm and beauty of the tree-lined garden that extends all around the house.

On the ground floor, you will also find a workspace/relaxation area, ideal for reading, working quietly or simply relaxing. A staircase will lead you from this space to a double bedroom with its own private bathroom, offering comfort and privacy.
Also on the ground floor, another bedroom with a double bed is located near the living room. Although photos are not available, this room offers a cosy and restful space.

On the other side of the house, a second staircase leads to a fully renovated parental suite with taste. This spacious and elegant bedroom benefits from two large windows that open onto a spectacular view of the cove, bringing light and serenity. Another bedroom is located on this floor, with a double bed and a single bed. Then, passing through a bathroom equipped with a shower, one accesses an adorably nestled room, designed for two children, with two single beds and a warm atmosphere that will delight the youngest.

What we love: the exceptional location of the house in the heart of the cove, its proximity to Pont-Aven and Port Manec'h. Just like its terrace, its view, its bright spaces and its Breton charm!

Household linen rental:
Our concierge service offers household linen rental for the duration of your stay: Sheet set + bath towels: €20 per bed.
Bed sizes: 1 bed of 180/200, 2 beds of 140/200, and 3 beds of 90/190.
This option is optional and must be requested at the time of your booking.
